We stayed to and from a trip to Albuquerque from California. The hotel is beautiful, clean and almost brand new. The room was large and the bathroom was huge, even 2 sinks! Everyone really nice and helpful, would stay again if we were headed that way!

Just a one night stop over (after visiting Tombstone) on the road back to Vegas - The resort is very new, well appointed, very clean and the staff were great - very helpful and had good knowledge of the area. Close (about 12 miles) from the Meteor site - so very easy for a quick visit. The casino (or at... More

We are not really gamblers, but we stopped here for the night while driving Route 66. We were met by a Valet host who helped us with luggage and our vehicle. The front desk attendant was helpful and had us checked in quickly. The hotel room was spacious and quiet. The oversized shower was quite nice as well as the... More

Beautiful new facility easily accessible from main highway. Exceptional quality throughout. Several food venues, nice clean casino, large rooms with high end amenities. Decor in the lobby represents items of worship or meaning in the Native American culture. Well worth a visit.

We have stayed here a couple of times now. It is close enough to get away from Phoenix for the weekend. This resort is fairly new, less than two years old. Unlike a lot of the casinos in the Phoenix area, the try to hire people from the reservation, which they should do. I mention this because a lot of... More

We've been too this place several times..... and every time we come here I always in end up in a argumentative conversation with the staff. For sure they really need help with customers service skills!!! Secondly..... the "rent-a-cop" ( security) well has no heart/feelings for any given situation..... weather it's taking your child to the restroom or jus too breastfeed.... More

While visiting Antelope Canyon we decided to stay at Twin Arrows since the hotels in Flagstaff looked very average. The hotel rooms were large and well appointed. The shower was very large. The fitness room was very well equipped and open 24/7. The casino itself was average.

I was very tired and looking for a place to stay the night while passing through Flagstaff, AZ area on my way home to St. Louis. I had left Los Angeles earlier that day and made it as far as Flagstaff by 10:00 pm. I stopped in Flagstaff looking for a hotel, but they were all full. So I continued... More

Stayed at the twin arrows on a recent road trip in October. Arrived around 8pm and was greeted by a nice woman at the front desk. Walking in the doors you get a typical stale tobacco smell from the casino floor, but once you get in the elevator to go to your rooms the odor dissipates and from there on... More
