We booked this hotel because of reviews from families visiting the Grand Canyon. Although it is a little drive from the Canyon. We thought it would be worth it being that it is a newer hotel. However our stay was not as pleasant as we expected it to be. When we arrived we loved the decor of the hotel. However... More

Good deal booked online. Big, clean rooms. A bit out of town, but we were on a road trip holiday and a bit of travel was part of the holiday. I would travel to have such a lovely room rather than a smaller room closer to town. Would def. stay here again for the comfort. Casino, remote area, not much... More

We don't gamble but wanted a good place to stay close to I-40. The well appointed room was one of the cleanest and nicest we ever stayed in. The restaurant had good food and the service was excellent. The only downside was the noisy people in the room next to us. But when you stay at a casino on a... More

We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean and everything was as new: furniture, soft snow white towels and good quality sheets, very good coffee in room. We had the heated pool and the jacuzzi just for us although there were many guests in the hotel. The parking lot is huge. We stayed just one night when returning... More

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and very clean. The rooms included coffee and water. We driving to Phoenix and this was a good stop. We would definitely stay there again. We had dinner at the cafe. The food was good and reasonably priced.

Great rooms and restaurant. Didn't have much time to play in casino. All Smoke free rooms. Fantastic amenities and room quality. I will definitely be back when I come back out west. Free valet service, even swept the snow off the truck after the 6 in snow fall.

reflecting the old real-estate adage,"location, location, location", the twin arrows casino is halfway between flagstaff and beautiful downtown winslow, a half mile or so off I-40. on a monday night in early january, 2015, the huge parking lot was largely deserted. inside, however, a number of players punched the slot machines and fouled the air with cigarette smoke. but i... We were on a road trip to Amarillo, and thought that staying in a casino might be a fun change from sitting in the car. The lobby is nice, and our suite was big, especially the bathroom! Cafe makes some good coffee in the morning as well! But the casino definitely did smell like smoke which I was disappointed in... More

The staff is very helpful and hospitable. The rooms are up to date and very comfy. The beds are great and the pillows are like little puffy soft clouds. The rooms have complimentary bottled water , a Keurig coffee pot, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a huge shower and the softest towels ever. There is really not one... More
