I am not picky at all. Sometimes I actually enjoy staying in little hole in the wall places. Read on for details but in short, DO NOT STAY HERE. Trust me, nasty dirty. This is a nightmare. This is the first time I literally couldn't stay and had to walk away. I noticed when I was checking in that there... More

Location very convenient to city bus line on Route 66; a 15 minute walk to downtown; a 7 minute walk to supermarkets and Starbucks; a comfortable large clean room with microwave, fridge, large 99 channel TV, 8 Mbps WiFi, user-controlled gas heating on cold nights. No noise from any adjacent units, only the romantic rumble of trains passing in the... More

This place was the WORST in EVERY way that a motel/hotel can be. We had originally reserved a room at the Snow Peak, closer to NAU, for 2 weeks, but were told on arrival that because of the weather the night before, half the rooms had a pipe burst and that they would arrange for us to stay at "their... We needed a cheap place to sleep for the night passing through town and I found this cheap horror on booking.com. The minute we pulled into the driveway, my boyfriend said, "you're scaring me here!" There were transient looking folks sitting outside of the rooms in the parking lot. They advertise a mountain view, but that is a lie. B/f... More

Stayed the night at this motel after a walk in the Grand Canyon. Were pleasantly surprised: clean, large beds, a microwave, refrigerator, wifi, comfortable. Very friendly staff, who helped me solve the problem. Thanks a lot! Will be glad to revisit your motel!!!!

2014, Nov 16, room 110. Seriously, we travelled 1700 miles across the US and we did not meet any worse place. It was disgusting motel. Ok, it's just a motel you say. No. Stains on the carpet (hopefully not blood), bad smell, no heating (with sub-zero temperatures outside it's quiet an issue), dirty bed linen (we found stains and hairs... More

First of all, if you stay during the week the price is cheap. The weekends the price varies, but is no less then $60-70 bucks a night. Ridiculous for this place. It is an old hotel. Keep in mind when you stay that it's ancient. The showers (there are only showers no tubs) are small. There is no room service,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for $90 - basic room with dated appliances but clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly however laundry not accessible in the evening or morning. Motel is on R66 about a mile from downtown - biggest drawback was the train line right over the road with mile long trains rolling past every 15 minutes or so... More

No nice touches to this place. First the guy checking me in said I'd be charged $50 if I let my dog my in the front area, in a rather hostile manner, as if I had been planning on this. He didn't smile once. Luckily we were checking in late and leaving early. The only good part was that the... More

After reading poor reviews of this motel, we have booked only one night in this motel.Eventually we decided to stay extra night. For 29$ per night, we exepcted very low standard, and motel met our expectations :-) It offers absolutely bare minimum but for travelers on tight budget it is ok just for sleeping a night or 2 Not all...
