Gangsta, ghetto, dirty, not friendly, the worst motel of Flagstaff. Do no stay at this motel !! We can't have the Wifi in our room. Sheets was really dirty. We can not close windows because it was broken, so we can't leave the without with our staff...

Let me first express my absolute disgust with the lack of service this motel fails to offer. I made a huge mistake of making reservations for a extended stay. First of all, the person working the front desk refused to give me any form of a receipt what so ever. There are apparent problems with almost every once functioning feature... More

I booked this on booking.com based on the pictures and the price. We arrived and the room was unsafe. Windows would not latch, nasty and dirty. The manager was belligerent, refused to give another room, or window locks, or a refund. When I asked for the owner I was told he was out of the country. I again asked for... More

I believe I travel enough to know what to expect from an establishment, and I received the worst service from this motel. The manager herself was at the helm of the bad service and refused to allow me to speak to her supervisor. She was rude, and I am appalled at the lack of communication skills she possessed. I would... More

Horrible hotel. Worst lodging I have had stayed in since living in a fraternity house in college.. No. The fraternity house was better, cleaner, and in better repair. The door only had a push on the knob. No dead bolt.

Outdated pictures on website. The clerk was EXTREMELY friendly but the rooms were completely dirty. Old building so everything squeaks, no maid service daily(slept on our old sheets), smoke alarm was in dresser drawer, rooms are loud (you can hear everything going on in the room next and above you), windows not secured properly (I was afraid to leave my... We checked in after taking a quick look at the room. We didn't notice there was no coffee pot, no phone even though it is advertised on the sign out front. After checking in we had to take everything with us because our room hadn't been cleaned. We requested a downstairs room and the manager accommodated us and gave us... More

The room was over $80.00, not a lower price! The window was left open on rhe ground floor to "air out" without a screen! It is the middle of an AZ hot summer! The cord on the phone was cut and unusable. Room smelled too, They would not refund my money 10 min after I checked in and discovered the... More

You do get what you pay for! Not bad if your passing through and want to sleep a few hours before starting over. It was quite, it was cheap ($29.) it is clean!!! Walk in ($35.) the courteous clerk gave a price match for online room rate. Got in late left early! Thanks Autolodge

wow... what a dump. in all respects, we are discussing one of the lowest-end motels in the nation. this hotel ranked right along some of the lowest hotels we've stayed in tiny frontier towns of undeveloped nations where we regularly travel. I'll just highlight a few of the problems: twice police arrested guests and took them away during one-night stay... More
