This was our third stop on a motorcycle tour of the Grand Canyon. Motel style hotel. Small rooms and a very small bathroom, that said it was clean and comfortable and good value. more

We had two separate pleasant one night stays at this hotel as a stopover on our recent train trip to Flagstaff. We stayed on the third (top) floor, and had very peaceful evenings in spite of the hotel being completely full on both occasions. Althought the rooms are small, we found them to be very comfortable for a short stay.... more

Fairfield Inn in Flagstaff, AZ was a nice hotel but the rooms were small. The beds were comfortable and clean. It had everything you needed. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. and TV. The bathroom was very small. Hotel had three floors. The bottom two floors had outdoor corridors and the third floor had indoor corridors. There is an elevator. The breakfast... more

Every employee that I encountered at the hotel went out of their way to to be helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed. The free wireless in the room and free coffee and tea in the lobby was especially appreciated. The location is quiet and close to the Northern Arizona University campus. more

This was a clean, spacious room, large bath area, comfortable place to stay. We were there only 1 night and needed to be close to the airport, and were very pleased with Fairfield Inn. The check-in was quick and easy, the continental breakfast was very good, and the cookies at the check-in desk were excellent. I would recommend this place. more

My sister and I stayed at this hotel on two different nights during September. Both times our stay was nice and room was clean. Some of the furniture and fixtures appeared worn. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny, but for two people, it worked. We could hear the guests staying next to us and above us pretty... more

Extremely Convenient location. Stayed here and then went to the Canyon. Under an hour and a half ride. I felt really comfortable and safe here. The rooms arent overly large, but for 2 people it was perfect. I was really happy that everything was Clean. It's hard to find a clean hotel. They also had a large variety for breakfast.... more

Staff was nice but bathrooms and rooms were very small and in much need of repair. The pool was told by staff and stated on gate that it was heated and the two nights we stayed there it wasn't heated..not at all! Breakfast was ok, only saw the hostesses once and it was very quick. more

This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was tiny - don't try to dry off after a shower in the bathroom because your towel will end up in the toilet! Bed was very uncomfortable. I was not given the AAA rate I was quoted, and when I pointed it out to the desk... more

Facility was up to Fairfield standards, but customer relations were an embarassment. Internet signal was absent in my room but fine elsewhere. A clerk checked and verified this fact, said he would consult, and call me back immediately to let me know if it could be turned on. I waited THEE hours for his call back and it never came,... more
