My mother had recently been in the hospital so we were driving home instead of flying. After checking a few places for a walk-in shower handicapped room, the Ramada Inn on Woodlands called around and found this motel for us. It was clean, I felt safe, the staff was polite, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with... More

As my last review of a motel, it is on the outskirts of town, has a `retail area' around it and provide a decent room for a night or two. The staff were anonymous and the breakfast pretty grim. But you get what you pay for.

In all our yrs. of hotel stays, we have never felt unimportant until our stay here. Desk staff was dismissive One redeeming feature was a comfy bed; not enough to draw us back.

The rooms were okay. Bed a bit hard and the bathroom extremely small, but otherwise okay. The "breakfast" was the worst at any hotel, let alone one rated at 3+ stars. If we had known the breakfast was so bad and the room okay, okay...I would have got a Motel 6 and bought breakfast elsewhere and still saved money...by half!... More

We went to Flagstaff for a graduation at NAU. We originally made the reservation with Marriott but Baymont bought out the hotel. I have not stayed at Baymont before The beds were very comfortable and the staff were helpful. Every hotel in town was jammed for the graduation and they did very well to accommodate all their guests.

While we felt that the room was nice, and price was good, the walls are paper thin and we could hear about every work of people walking outside of our room. In the morning, the breakfast area was very crowded and really all we wanted was coffee and a yogurt but there was no regular coffee available. Kinda disappointing.

This is a great place to stay. Easy freeway access and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The Grand Canyon is a scenic drive, about an hour away. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was accommodating in extending our stay, as we wanted to spend more time in this area. We felt it was a good value and... More
