Best feature is convenience to Rte 40. Staff was very helpful. But... lots of permanents, ghetto style. Sites not level, scrubby grass, broken parts and pieces all around. Would look elsewhere next time

No being an old timer at RVin' Im not sure our opinion will account for much, but... This park needs serious updating! All dirt Spaces have broken concrete slabs, that are difficult to manuerver should you not leave your out door lites on. Bathrooms are clean but no hooks to hang towels in shower area which only has two showers... More

This campground was quite nice. We were traveling in a very large bus with a trailer, and they had several pull ins spots available with 50amp hook ups. We were parked in a very nice one with trees all around us. The bathrooms and showers were new and very clean, plus there was 24 hour laundry service available. There is... More

Don't attend this park or eat at this restaurant if you can avoid it, the owner is extremely sexist, racist and openly prejudice toward the residants. At one point he told me if I wasn't going to follow his speed limit I could "go live in the woods with the drunks and the Mexicans." Not a fun vacation or r.v.... More

Steak house is good but very overpriced. It's like staying in a parking lot, nothing for kids to do. Next the highway and a truckstop. Lots of long term residents. No supplies to buy in the shop. Staff were very nice.

The campground has long pull through sites fairly level with full hook-ups. Easy in and out for I-40. The place hasn't changed since our last visit in 2004, no cable or wifi. However, the saving grace for this business is the tour buses that come for the dinner show. Food is good, but expensive. Hint: go .3 miles to Mcdonalds... More

You can't beat the location and it's easy access to everything in Flagstaff and the nearby area. But the park has seen better days and needs some upkeep and maintenance. The roads were potholed and spaces fairly unlevel. There were a number of long term folks whose spaces and trailers needed some upkeep. But there were folks who did campsite... More

This was a very trashy park. We were very disappointed. There were trailers there that were very old, rusty, not maintained. We were stuck in the back of the park. There were very large dog's roaming around, in the evening. Every night there was a dog fight in the street. Thus did not make you feel very safe. Would never... More

My husband researched, but....... what a fun surprise. After a long journey, hungry, thirsty, tired. Black Barts was close to our hotel. My husband directed me as I drove through a RV park.... I was certainly hesitant. And I don't like fancy, but was hesitant. No cars in parking lot, very hesitant. Went in and thought safe with a cocktail... More

Management is apparently non-existent or else they would enforce the rules of the park. Trying to walk you dog can be difficult with the number of aggressive dogs belonging to permanent residents running lose. And while we are on the subject of permanent residents, OMG clean up your messy sites! Trash, beer cans, dog feces, and RVs literally falling apart... More
