I was blown away by this hotel. It was nicer than many of the 4 star hotels I've stayed in and I was shocked to see that priceline only considered it to be a 2.5star property. A new hotel, the decor was gorgeous - modern and functional. The bathroom was HUGE with a walk-in closet! The shower was fantastic and... more

This is an excellent brand new hotel, rooms are decorated in a very modern style and with good taste. Rooms are very clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is really good and with a great variety of foods to choose. They have free high speed internet which is a big plus. Loved it and would definitely will stay... more

We really had the best time here. We came to visit Grand Canyon. It was much better than expected. Very quiet surroundings (no train sounds at all), and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding with a large variety. Everything was brand new, and the decoration was perfect, too. Highly recommended. more

I 'won' this hotel in the 2 1/2 star Priceline 'lottery' for $65. i must admit that I was impressed. The ambience and amenities were first class. The suite has a private study desk, flat screen tv, and clean modern decor. The complementary breakfast was excellent. I used to do a lot of business travel, and will definitely keep this... more

Stayed here for day trips to Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, and Petrified Forest. Great location with some nice restaurants and retail within walkable distance. Decided to stay here after seeing too many negative and mediocre reviews of places in Williams and closer to the Canyon, it was definately worth the extra driving. more

This hotel seems relatively new. The lobby and breakfast area is very modern - my teenager said it looked like a hotel in Japan. Checkin was efficient and quick. The two double bed room we had was extremely clean, and included a mini fridge and a microwave, which we liked. Our room was right next to the elevator, which made... more

This hotel must have been updated since the last reviews - it was new, clean and the beds were ever so comfortable. Slept 11 hours! more

We drove out to Cali from TX via Flagstaff. This vacation we stayed at 7 hotels back and forth. This was the worst of all the hotels but I had warned my husband in advance about the reviews on Tripadvisor. I suspect that the majority of hotels in Flagstaff and Grand Canyon are old and show lots of wear and... more

I booked this place through a Hotel Website, which rated it an overall 3. Personally, I would rate the hotel a 2. Sure the breakfast is hot, although no attendants were to be seen during the breakfast and the coffee tasted burnt. More of my complaints are directed toward the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering my room, everything appeared... more

The bed was terrible. A real hammock. The man at the desk said all the beds were the same and the owners refused to replace them. Stay somewhere else. more
