Can't say enough nice things about this property. It is clean with up to date amenities. Everyone was friendly and full of smiles. The front desk staff helped me with everything from directions to milk for my son. Well located for grand canyon and skiing.

It was a gorgeous room, the bed so fluffy and the bathroom was spa like. They have a wonderful bar in the lobby too. It's not for going out at night, its for when you come back and want to sit and have a wonderful scotch with your husband as a nightcap or a very nice glass of wine. Breakfast... More

This hotel is typical of what you expect of a Courtyard. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was really expensive ($10) so we didn't eat there. It's a little outside downtown Flagstaff, but the staff can give you directions and recommendations for restaurants.

The check-in was very fast, the room was clean with all necessary amenities. As they charged 90 dollars for the room, the breakfast should be include as it done in all those kind of hotel and not as an extra, because they charged the Breakfast for 10 dollars per person+ tax+ tips, if you are more than one person it... Loved this place, especially when there is snow on the ground. Staff was very courteous and responsive, even down to the level of refilling the complimentary coffee pots when they were empty, right away! Very clean and upscale lobby, contemporary and modern look. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were a hit with the kids, and the rooms were just fantastic. Clean,... More

Flagstaff lacks solid hotels. Unless you enjoy staying in a Super8, then you should really think again your hotel strategy. This hotel isn't located downtown, but is located in a good position to drive to the Grand Canyon. This hotel has good staff and good service. The beds are comfortable enough.

Pleasant stay all the way around. Breakfast buffet was ok - fruit was fresh and the best of the buffet. Oatmeal a little too watery. Potatoes were not good kinda cold and chewy. A breakfast menu would be nice. Next two mornings we grabbed coffee from lobby and went about our day. Everything else about our stay was pleasant. All... More

We were very fortunate to arrive on a very cold and snowy day (I say fortunate because living in the desert gets old). The hotel lobby was warm and inviting with large windows in the lounge and a comforting fire. I purchased a room with a balcony (silly me, it's freezing outside!) and it was everything I expected. Modern decor,... More
