This is a very new hotel with a great staff. Nothing too much trouble. Take the breakfast included option and enjoy Willie's fabulous omelettes: they also make a mean oatmeal. Rooms are spacious, immaculate and tastefully furnished. We stayed 3 nights whilst visiting the Grand Canyon. It's an easy hour's drive up from Flagstaff. When in "The Flag", we ate... more

Stayed for 3 nights for a job interview. Used the athletic room facilities as well as the computers and printers. VERY nice staff and accommodations. Only regret is that it was too cold to partake of the outdoor fire pit for a evening drink. more

Just finished a two day trip to Flagstaff area and Grand Canyon. We checked in for two nights and picked this hotel becasue it was new and I'm a Marriotts reward member. When we pulled up (just off the highway 17 and 89A (road from Sedona), greeted by nice large, well appointed hotel from the outside. It has the "lodge"... more

Newest hotel in Flagstaff. I have been traveling here for years and finally Flagstaff gets a good hotel, solid service, great rooms well appointed and fantastic lobby with business center. Looks like a European ski lodge, but with big open rooms. Breakfast was a little over priced for cold cereal, but there are plenty of options within walking distance. Plenty... more

We stayed at the Courtyard on our way from Scottsdale to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was opened in August 2009. Its in a good location and the interior is really done very well. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was right up there. more

This is a new hotel and it shows...in the positive sense. Excellent breakfast (although not included in room price had everything you'd want for breakfast for $10.95. Hotel is only 2 months old at this writing but the staff were well seasoned. We stayed here while we toured Meteor Crater, Sedona and other areas south. more

My husband and I took a quick impromptu trip across Northern AZ and did not have reservations for any hotel. When we arrived in Flagstaff we drove up to the nice new Courtyard Marriott located just off Highway 17 and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The rooms are very nicely designed with an elegant but homey... more

We used Flagstaff as our home base for visiting both rims of the Grand Canyon and doing a side trip to Winslow. This new hotel is as bright and shiny as a new penny. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, giving us advice on restaurants, directions, etc. Each person I ran into was unfailingly... more

Decided on this hotel after a check on Marriott.com because it was a new, about three weeks old when we arrived. Most of the hotel lived up to the digital pictures featured on the web site. We were disappointed that we did not get a higher floor because of our platinum status, but it was a busy holiday weekend and... more

Need a place to stop on our trip from Colorado to Los Angeles. Found this place on marriot.com and was listed as new. When we got to the place, I was told that the place just opened last week. It definitely looked and smelled brand new, just like a model home. The beds were the best that we had on... more
