On the negative side, the room I had here was quite disappointing. Particularly lamps without shades and a bathroom vanity light that didn't work at all. I got stuck in Flagstaff due to sand storms on I-40 eastbound. Ramada was there with rooms at decent rates on zero notice. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and comfortable. When we arrived, the receptionist was very nice but it was a different story once we entered our room. First, the towels were so frayed, we could see through them. And the edges were coming off the bathmat. They were dingy, reminded me of shop towels. The sheets had holes where they were frayed. It was very low quality linens.... More

We have been using this hotel in Flagstaff for years. It is nice and worth the money. They have improved from years before. Rooms located on the west/right side of the lobby are the better rooms to stay in. The lady at the lobby is very nice and helps in anyway she can.
