This motel was very clean and comfortable and more than worth the rate we were charged. The beds were good and there were plenty of towels. The continental breakfast was good and some hot food was included. We arrived after dark so it was a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. more

Hotel is well cared for and has a mini-fridge, microwave in the room. Great breakfast variety and choices are available in the breakfast bar every morning. Sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, donuts - more than you'd expect for a free breakfast. The breakfast room is great to mingle with other travelers and to watch the tv for news/sports. The hotel... more

The Ramada West was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. My family and i were tired and the staff got us situated very fast. The breakfast was great and much more than I expected for a complimentary add on. The cleanliness was amazing. Very family safe. more

Missing coffee pot, filthy breakfast area, one of the managers kids (or relative/acquaintance) was sitting on a table in the eating area, while his dad was totally oblivious to the situation. I will choose to stay somewhere else next time---lots of other choices in the area. Try the Drury next to NAU/ more

I stayed in this hotel during our road trip to grand canynon and Utah national parks . The check in was quick . The rooms are avarage size ( I had 2 Q beds). The toilet/wash basin area was little compact and feels like congested. The value is quite good for the price I paid for it . There is... more

The hotel was nice, very clean. The staff very welcoming. There was a swimming pool, free internet in the lobby. The breakfast was substantial: waffles, bagels, doughnuts! The only negative point is that our room overlooked the interstate. Needless to say it was noisy! We would recommend the hotel but in rooms on the side of the hotel, not at... more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Petrified forest and Painted Desert. This wasn't our first choice, but we changed dates and had to change hotels as our original hotel wasn't available. I generally have not been impressed with Ramadas, but was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Pros: The room was adequate... more

We had no complaints. Good location across the road from Walmart and restaurants (we ate at the Delhi Palace Indian resturaunt which was excellent). Fairly standard range of breakfast options (for this price bracket). Good sized room, which included a sleeper sofa. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Although a... more
