Me and my wife decided to stay here on one of our many trips to Flagstaff. We found the hotle very easly. The lobby was newly upgraded and looked great. Check in was a breeze and the directions to our room by the front desk personal were easy to follow. We decided to stay an extra night, and they were... More

First off let me start be saying this is an old hotel. Okay if you can get passed that, read on. After reading the reviews I was a bit concerned, before choosing a room type from Kayak, I called the front desk to ask which type should I choose to get a renovated room. She said all the executive rooms... More

We stayed in a standard room, which was at the back of the property. It was quiet, but the room very small. Plenty of amenities in the room, but because of the room size, everything was cramped and some items spilled over into the bathroom. Furniture looked a little sad and worn. Staff were real friendly and breakfast in a... More

Dear guest: Thank you for taking the time to write this TripAdvisor review! We appreciate your feedback. We're happy to hear that, overall, you enjoyed your stay with us -- however, we do apologize for the size of the room! Considering this building is verging on historical, given its age, the layout is a little dated, depending on the room.... More

The positive reviews on here are very misleading. We arrived around 2 pm and left before 3 pm. We booked two rooms (2 queen beds). My parents room had a door with such a huge gap that cold air was blowing in. It looked like anyone would be able to break in. My room also had a gap, but it... More

I was hesitant booking a room due to all the bad reviews I read, but our trip to Flagstaff was so last minute and the pricing for the weekend was inexpensive so we decided to give it a go. When we arrived we were kindly upgraded to an Executive Suite with a spa. The room looked like it had been... More

Dear guest: We truly appreciate this positive TripAdvisor review! Thank you for such insightful feedback. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us -- however, the paranormal experiences are new to us! (Personally, I'd love to hear more!) This property is, undeniably, very old, so we do apologize if this was an inconvenience! We're always looking... More

Where to start? Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Dirty. Screaming outside at 3 AM. Check-in guy was friendly. When we were leaving saw blood stains on the bed skirt! Makes you wonder about the carpet. Will never stay here again.

I don't think the hotel is worth the money. I did like the social hour from 5 - 6 and the breakfast was great in the morning. Rooms were just ok. I could hear the train that goes through Flagstaff but it didn't seem to bother me at night trying to sleep.

I booked via http://hotel.com for a king bed but got a two queen. Meh. The basin area is small that you can't place any stuff on there. Wifi is ok. Clean and neat room. And they are sweet to warm the room before we arrive. Free breakfast and there's a guy dedicated to serving the pancake and clean up the... More

Don't take your shoes off at this place. Stayed for a night on our way to Sedona. Cheap for a reason. Would not stay here again. Bathroom was not someplace you would want to spend any time. Rug in the room had gum in it. Furnishings were beat up. Not so great!!!

This was the worst experience at a hotel I've had my entire life. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is right next to a train station and it runs the entire night. We got no sleep at all. There are no drapes on the windows so there is no privacy. We were upgraded with a jacuzzi tub but the hot water... More
