WARNING: if you reserved online for a Queen bed, your room will actually have a Full size. The room is extremely old and rundown. Also be warned, the hotel is across the street from Route 66 so you will hear a train go by every 30 mins throughout the day and night. Our room was even up on the hill,... More

We are not picky and have stayed in plenty of older motels/hotels. When traveling on a budget for a family of 5, we are ok with staying in older places. The charge for one night in a studio room with 2 queen beds was $99 before tax which was way over priced for the quality. When we saw the state... More

My mom and I stayed here and were put in a petite suite. "Petite" meaning tiny, "suite" meaning there is a fridge in the bathroom. The room smelled disgusting, we actually went to the store and got one of those clip on air fresheners that you put on the vents in your car so that the room was at least... More

Although our room probably could use some updating it was a nice place to stay for 2 nights. Breakfast was served in a nice big open room and although we didn't go they also held a happy hour there. There was a pool to relax by which was nice since we had some free time after visiting the Grand Canyon.... More

Stopped there late afternoon and were lucky to get a room. By 6 pm the hotel was filling up fast. We stayed upstairs in the rear building. Very nice large room with two queensize beds, flat screen TV, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Beds are extremely comfortable with lots of comfy pillows. Included in the price is a free Happy Hour... We stayed in the upper (rear) building, and room had all new appliances, finishings & fixtures, including a full kitchen with granite countertops and 18 cubic ft fridge. King size bed (!!) was extremely comfortable & firm with wonderful pillows. Bathroom fixtures all new and very clean. Got a wonderful deal just a couple of hours before. Was disappointed that... We booked a one night stay at this older hotel and although it did look like it needed a little sprucing up we were pleased with the location. When my husband checked in he said that we had a dog and was prepared to pay the $25 pet fee which we felt was reasonable. The desk clerk said no don't... More

Would not stay for more than one night. Is a blast from the past going back to the 70s. However good value for money in the area for a stop over. I understand owners are doing it up. Staff were friendly enough. Hope renovations go well.

I want to start by saying that this was a complementary visit based on a previous less-than-stellar stay. Earlier this year I had booked (and prepaid) 2 separate stays for weekends that I knew would be busy due to University functions. After my first visit I wrote to the management and provided pictures of the room I had. Maria addressed... More

My husband and I enjoyed this quirky and cute hotel. This Route 66 hotel was very comfortable. The beds were great, the rooms updated, and just enough 60s charm to make the room interesting! For the price, this room is great and we plan to return, even if the bathrooms were a bit small....:-)
