My wife and I spent 1 night here after an awesome day in Sedona. She made the reservation through Travelocity. We upgraded to a suite cause it was only 10 bucks more. Pulled in and place looked a little dated. Checked in and the lobby was pretty rough. Went into the "suite". And it was not sweet. The toilet tank... More

We booked a room on hotels.com- just looking for a decent place to stay. For about 90 bucks, we got a 2 room suite with kitchen, living room 2 bedrooms and spa tubs! Liked it so much stayed a second night. Close to the Grand Canyon and the quaint downtown area. Liked Flagstaff so much I might just move there

We had two rooms. Both were shabby and in dire need of total rip-out and refurbishment. Bedding was missing from our room. The pillows had a lumpy cheap filling and were very uncomfortable. The sheets were so old and thin you could see through them and they were rough and unpleasant to lie on. The bed had a dip in... More

We stayed three nights in June as part of a mini tour of Utah and Arizona. The welcome from reception was friendly and we were given a map of the property with breakfast room and the pool area pointed out to us. Our room was reasonably spacious and there were some nice touches, like the way the blanket was arranged... More

I won't go into too much detail about the poor conditions and incredibly bad customer service that Aspen InnSuites offers, but I hope that the pictures that I've included will give people considering this place a better idea of why not to do so. We didn't get breakfast, as they didn't have what they promised and on several occasions the... More

The price was right in this hotel compared to many others in Flagstaff, but after seeing our rooms we understood why. The office is modern & inviting; the rooms (our party stayed in two different rooms) had broken furniture and screamed of neglect: a sprung desk chair you couldn't sit in, a broken/unusable refrigerator, an entertainment stand with broken off... This was one of the best hotels we stayed at! They had 2 bus-full of 2 different tours stop in without reservations & they wanted to stay, so we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite at no cost to us. They have a social hour every night that was a lot of fun. Breakfast was excellent (but a bit... More

This hotel is very odd - it has great aspects mixed with the awful. The hotel staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick. We were offered rooms upstairs or down, but since we had my father-in-law with us who has mobility issues, we opted for down (we would later regret it), and we asked to be close to the... More

I very rarely give a hotel a bad review, but I was just so disappointed in the sate of our room. It was dirty and dated, and I really don't think that I´m a fussy person. We had booked 2 rooms and wanted to stay one night on our way to the Grand Canyon, but especially the other room was... More
