We booked this hotel as an overnight stay while en route to Anaheim, CA. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property appears to be going through some renovations. This hotel has plenty of potential but would require a complete overhaul to get it to reach that potential. It's in a pretty accessible area and has close by gas &... More

We travelled from Canada for a two-week vacation. This was the WORSE hotel experience we had. The toilet had a leak. The maintenance man came to repair it - the leak continued ;-(. The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. No air dryer (it was actually pulled out of the wall - never replaced). The train goes by every 20... More

I have stayed at the Hotel Aspen several times in the past to mixed reviews. This past trip there was very disappointing. My guy and I travel to Flagstaff to go hiking and edible mushroom hunting. We stayed for 4 nights and booked through Bookins.com so could not cancel after the first night unfortunately. The very positive things about this... More

Terrible place to stay. Stay away from this place. The room is so dirty. The beds are so old that when you lay down your body will sink. It will definitely give you a backache. Towels have hairs on them. So bring your own if you opt to stay here.

I booked 2 nights here to see the Grand Canyon. I read the description on this hotel, and was looking for something kinda nice for a getaway with a pool. The description sounded right. The only good thing about this hotel was breakfast. I was able to have yogurt, and there was a really nice man there making sure everyone... More

There is nothing interesting in this place. It is affordable, it is relatively close to the city, it is ok if you come late in the evening and leave early in the morning. Just for one night sleep. Breakfasts are hideous.

We spent 2 days in that hotel and it was terrible. Dirty rooms, even staff was in dirty clothes. Loud train passed through the hotel every two hours around the clock 24/7. You can heard every motorcycle and car passing the hotel, too. Pool was a small hole, everything in this hotel should be renovated. If you don´t really mind... More

My brother and I made a quick trip to Flagstaff for an overnight visit. This is a motel, nothing fancy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and was quite good. Location is a few blocks from downtown which was a bonus. We could walk and not have to deal with parking.

We drove past the hotel as the A in Aspen on the sign post was not clear. After realizing that we had a motel not a hotel we found our room was clean and comfortable. The bonus a free breakfast which was unexpected but adequate. I would use this motel for a stop off but not for anything longer.
