We booked this accommodations as a two night stop over for a visit to the Grand Canyon. The Front desk check in attendant was friendly and efficient. Our allocated room was adequate for our short stay. We were at the back of the property away from the main road and railway, which seemed to have trains passing through quite frequently.... More

The front desk attendant was very friendly and effiecient. The room was nasty. Drab dirty couch, carpets I was scared to walk on and curtains so flimsy I had to close pin towels to keep light and people seeing in. There were workers 2 doors down with furniture pulled out of the room Onto the sidewalk , drinking and bring... More

We booked accommodation here for one night on our way to the grand canyon. Room was quite small, but bed was comfortable. Unfortunately my husband didn't get much sleep due to the trains coming every 20-30 minutes ALL night long. One of the skirtings were ripped off the wall so there was a big hole and rubbish behind the chair.... More

When booking this hotel - as for an upstairs room in the back - as it is quieter and you get a nice view upstairs. Note - there is no elevator so if you don't want to lug suitcases take a downstairs room - but you still want it in the back. I asked to look at the room this... More

The room looked a bit old. There were two queen size beds. The tv was quite old, no flat screen, but plenty of channels to watch. Bathroom was ok and looked clean. The breakfast was quite good compared to other hotel experiences I've had in the US. Durring nights it wasn't really quiet. It seemed like there was a helicopter... More

Comfortable 200 room motel. Room 120: 2 good queen beds, ~42" flat screen TV w/lots of channels, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, coffee maker -- all in working order. Rain shower head. Occasional train passing nearby didn't bother us. Adequate hot breakfast. Will stay here again and recommend it to others.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay while en route to Anaheim, CA. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property appears to be going through some renovations. This hotel has plenty of potential but would require a complete overhaul to get it to reach that potential. It's in a pretty accessible area and has close by gas &... More

We travelled from Canada for a two-week vacation. This was the WORSE hotel experience we had. The toilet had a leak. The maintenance man came to repair it - the leak continued ;-(. The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. No air dryer (it was actually pulled out of the wall - never replaced). The train goes by every 20... More

I have stayed at the Hotel Aspen several times in the past to mixed reviews. This past trip there was very disappointing. My guy and I travel to Flagstaff to go hiking and edible mushroom hunting. We stayed for 4 nights and booked through Bookins.com so could not cancel after the first night unfortunately. The very positive things about this... More

Terrible place to stay. Stay away from this place. The room is so dirty. The beds are so old that when you lay down your body will sink. It will definitely give you a backache. Towels have hairs on them. So bring your own if you opt to stay here.
