This was a great place to stay. I loved the history of the place, and the rooms were quite comfortable. Great location too! more

My husband and stayed 1 night at the Raddison for the Steamtown marathon. We had high hopes for the hotel when we first arrived given the unique architecture and design of the hotel, but within an hour we knew this was not going to be a great stay, especially for our friends also staying at the hotel. The hotel has... more

The only reason I did not give it an excellent ... and I would be willing to bet that maybe other hotels in PA are the same ...... They allow smoking in the building After a day of visiting and touring Scranton, 4 of us decided to get a glass of wine and relax in the lobby together .... Sooooooooooooooooo... more

Stayed here for a friend's wedding. First time I stayed here. The entrance is wonderful with an open feeling, very classy. We checked in our room and it was small and not very clean. Dingy carpet and bathroom is tiny. Boogers on lampshade - gross! Housekeeping needs to do a better job. The wedding reception was in a banquet hall.... more

I stayed here for FREE for two nights during the jazzfest with my spouse, and I would have checked out and paid for a room at the Hilton across the street if they would not have been fully booked (trust me, I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES). While I can bet that I had a... more

I traveled here on business, and this hotel was gorgeous. From the staff, to the waitress in the restaurant, everyone was very polite. I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful place. more

Not kidding when I say this....worst hotel experience I've ever had. I spent one night at this hotel to attend a friend's wedding in the area. Our friend blocked rooms here and our room was ready on time, however several other friends of ours did not have their rooms ready until 9pm at night for a 3pm check in. When... more

Walking into the beautiful lobby of this restored train station your expectations are high. The central lobby area is beautiful and the restoration work that has been done is very good, but unfortunately the front desk service is so poor it detracts from the experience and the rooms are just average with very cheaply renovated bathrooms. Two different front desk... more

One huge complaint about this place: parking. The hotel hosts many weddings and on weekends the hotel bar/club is packed. And parking becomes a huge issue. Upon checking in we were told that there is a $5 per night parking fee. I didn't think much of it until coming in to park on a Friday night at 11 p.m. The... more
