Close to Tobyhanna (only about a 25 minute drive to the depot), nice train station atmosphere in the hotel lobby, fantastic breakfast in the lobby, wonderful service, nice area to walk around the hotel, very nice rooms and Radisson has one of the most rewarding hotel point programs

Nice stop over in Scranton, PA. Old train station transformed into 4 star Radisson hotel. Nice rooms, spacious bathroom with amenities, two restaurants and a Starbucks coffe shop in the lobby. Clean and fast service. If you come from Brazil there's even a brazilian girl working there.

the staff and accomodations could not be better. The service as always way prompt and always timely. The bar/restaunt was fun with a nice Happy Hour crowd to share drinks and conversation with. Their main resaurant was as good as any upscale restaurant with a wonderful menu full of good choices. The waitstaff was professional and helpful. There were two... More

The building is beautiful, the lobby exquisite, the workers helpful. The rooms...eh. The bed is comfortable and it has nice pillows. Plumbing needs work and they need to deodorize the hallways. I got the room using my points. I'm glad I didn't have to pay the price they were asking, because I would have been much more disappointed.

Our stay was very enjoyable . Service was great. This is a historic building and your stay expectations should be tempered as such . The food was very good at Trax bar . The staff was very helpful about local atractions due to us being from out of town . We will be back .

We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. We have always loved and appreciated the beauty and convenience of this location. It has been several years since our last stay and since then, the hotel has declined tremendously in appearance, service, and overall cleanliness.

The hotel occupies the old train station for the Lackawanna Railroad. It probably isn't easy operating a modern hotel in an historic building but the Radisson hasn't succeeded in providing a quality experience for guests. The staff is pleasant but indifferent. The lobby and hallways smell which they try and mask with a sickeningly sweet air freshener. The surfaces in... More

We stayed overnight at this restored railroad station. What a treat! Marble, stained glass atrium, original woodwork, Art Deco decor and custom-made tiles from original construction showing scenes from where the trains stopped, everything from Hudson River to Niagara Falls to Erie Canal all inlaid above the windows. lovely dining too in the original lobby. Everything was immaculate and well... More
