We booked a room for one night... when walking in to the hotel the hallways smelled like someone or something had died. We got to our room and OMG..... it hadnt been cleaned or dusted in I dont know how long. There were cobwebs on the lights and from the night stand between the beds to the beds. no light... More

I've never written a review on here, but this was so awful I feel people need to know. We stayed here overnight while in town for a concert. I didn't expect much given the price. However the conditions were horrendous. The whole place reeked of cigarettes including the room. The room and corridors were filthy. What looked like vomit was... More

When I read what people write I wonder: what do they expect from an Econo Lodge?? When I stay in a relatively cheap hotel I look for cleanliness and comfort. Does it matter that it looks outdated and that the curtains are a bit worn? No! Our room was clean. The walls looked like they had recently been painted. The... More

Could use a make-over sometime soon but clean and decent. Located just opposite the US Mail garages, so a bit noise should be anticipated. Friendly staff. Nothing really bad to say, just a bit dull and worn.

I have stayed here 3-4 times when passing through town on a 12 hour ride. While it is set back from the main road a little, it's only 2 minutes away from route 80. The exterior and stairwells do not look great, but my room is always clean. Nice size room. Interior entrance to rooms. Doors lock well. My room... More

On the plus side, the room was clean and the staff was helpful but the facility needs an entire renovation. The side door to the rooms never locked and could be a safety issue. The price was right but spend a little more money on a nicer facility.

I stayed at the econo lodge for 1 night as a passerby on my way to NYC from Buffalo. As it was the cheapest around, I was surprised to the comfort and cleainess of the room. The front reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very decent and its in a good area, close to all the restaurants... More

This hotel is a hot mess. The advertisement is complete and total nonsense. There is no operating restaurant at this hotel. If you count the counter they have in the morning with prewrapped muffins and orange juice then maybe you will be happy. The pool bar roof is collapsed and caved in, the pool is empty. You won't feel safe... More

The other reviews are extremely accurate, minus the ones clearly written by the hotel's management. Smell was overwhelming. Far from a safe environment with no lighting and no security. Door felt like a three year old could kick it open and one probably did. Punch holes in the doors. The only exterior door that's every locked is apparently to the... More

Overnight stay on our way to Maine. There was a winter storm and didn't want to cross the poconos in the dark with the snow. So this was a last minute decision. Used my smart phone to find the nearest and cheapest. Check in was fast and efficient I did not have a reservation. Hallways were somewhat dark easily noticed... More
