I was pleasantly surprised by the Springfield Marriott on my business stay. The hotel is in a convenient, central location- the surroundings are not that great, but you can get everywhere pretty quickly. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were pretty nice for business travel (comfy beds with a little wear on the linens, that... More

Met at driveway by friendly bellmen. Treated well at front desk. They put us in a handicap accessible king room. Didn't need the accessibility, but I believe the only difference was the number of grab bars in the shower/tub. Wonderful bed. Clean, well-decorated room. Good TV. Nice view outside the 11th-floor window. $14.00 parking, $12.95 internet access, $4.00 bottled water.... More

The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. The rooms were the normal rooms you would find in an older Marriott-- bathrooms a little small, but everything more than adequate.

My wife and I stayed recently at the Springfield Marriott over looking the river on the 12th floor. The bed was just what the doctor ordered after we spent several hours at the BIG E fair. The bellmen were very accomodating as was the front desk personnel. Christina at Currents was a very informative as she recommended a great tour... More

I decided to stay at the "Marriott" during "The Big E" due to the fact that West Springfield hotels got many bad reviews on Tripadvisor, so I opted to try surrounding towns for a 2-night hotel stay. The "Marriott" was less than a ½ mile from the "Big E" Fairgrounds, making it a 5 minute drive. Perfect location if you... More

My husband and I booked a two-night stay at the Springfield Marriott for a nearby wedding. This hotel is an ideal home base for anyone exploring the Pioneer Valley: The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms well-equipped with great showers. We took advantage of the on-premise Dunkin' Donuts and CVS for breakfast and errand shopping.... More

Springfield needs a reset, but this hotel is very well run. Great location. Easy freeway access. Lovely room. Great beds and bedding. Super nice staff. Lovely restaurant. I was so surprised and delighted and will stay here whenever visiting the area. Highly recommend.

After spenidng a week on vacation in 4 different hotels; when I asked my 10 year old daughter what she liked the best about our trip she said, "staying at the Marriott". It was the nicest hotel we stayed at, A breakfast buffet was included with our room rate and it was an amzing breakfast! The pool and whirlpool were... More

I stayed here for just 1 nite on business and it was more than comfortable. I arrived a little later tahn expected for a business dinner after driving up from NYC. I spent 2 consecutive stays at the Springfield Marriott for business and 2 events at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. The Springfield Marriott is the only luxury, full service hotel I recommend at the gateway to the Berkshires. I found the bell staff to be extremely attentive. The bellman delivered my luggage, set the air conditioner to a comfortable level, and... More
