We stayed here for our anniversary. Hosts were friendly and very helpful with information about the area. Room was clean and had shampoo/soap and robes provided. Nice hot tub, however we did not use it due to our visit being in the middle of summer. Room was nicely furnished with antique furniture. Bathroom was a little awkward and sink was... More

We had a pleasant stay here on the last leg of our road trip. We stopped in Luray to see the Caverns and are glad we chose the Mayneview. Owners live in a cottage next door. They are friendly, helpful, and make a tasty breakfast. We are cat people and liked the friendly inn cat Molly who eagerly ran into... More

We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts made sure we were well fed with breakfast and snack items. Their cat Molly was very friendly and liked attention. Nice view of the mountains in the distance and close to some good places to stop for dinner. Could have been a bit cleaner, but we have critical eyes in that respect. Easy... More

We stayed at the Greentree Inn during our week-long honeymoon road trip in Virginia. The Greentree is run by the same people as the Mayneview, but is about a block away. We had the house to ourselves, as it was not full that night. Paul made us feel very much at home and was a great innkeeper! Our room was... More

This was our first experience of staying in a B&B, and it was an amazing experience. The room was fully equipped with all the things one needs during their stay. It had such intricate decor of a southern home or a victorian style house...The service was also excellent. The owners were very helpful in terms of arranging for our sight... More

We stayed here overnight for my husband's birthday after visiting Luray Caverns. The owners were out of town for an emergency, but the caretaker was there and she was both kind and accommodating. We stayed in the Pen Dragon at the main house. I loved the look of the wood-burning stove and of the room overall. The room has its... More

My wife and I enjoyed our stay which was originaly supposed to be for 3 nights but stayed 4 nights instead due to the excellant accomadations. Very friendly inn keepers. Extreamly good breakfasts each morning. Laid back and relaxing experience. I need to add Molly, their cat, who was quite friendly as well. Thanks again Paul & Sally! More
