Just back from a wonderful weekend at 'Once Upon a Mountain'. This B&B is a gem in the Shenandoah Mountains. The first thing Christa did was offer me a glass of wine to enjoy in the hot tub. What a view! Doesn't get any better than this!!!!

Two friends and myself spent a weekend here and had the most wonderful time. the rooms are lovely, the breakfasts delicious,and Christa, the owner made us feel , very much at home. I hate to be the only one to complain about this B&B, especially since I really wanted to love it. The proprietor was very nice, and that counts for a lot. We have just experienced an excellent overnight stop at Once upon a Mountain.
