We have just returned from the Piney Hill B&B in Luray, VA and simply can not say enough about the wonderful experience we had there. The inn itself is beautifully decorated, especially with the lovely holiday decorations adorning the living room. The innkeepers, Hank and Wiley, did an incredible job of making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.... More

It exceeded all my expectations. I had arranged a romantic weekend getaway for my girlfriend and myself. We had such a wonderful time. The Rosebud Cottage was perfect. Each morning we ate a delicious, gourmet breakfast delivered to us as we watched the countryside out the back door. The view was amazing. Open, rolling hills with mountains rising up in... More

I just came back from another relaxing weekend at the Piney Hill B&B. It is truly one of the most relaxing places on Earth. I am the Membership Director and meeting planner for a non-profit in Washington, DC. I spend much of my time traveling to meetings and conferences across the country. This is the place where I go to... More

Piney Hill B and B is a little piece of heaven located in the beautiful mountains of Virginia. The innkeepers are wonderfully warm and hospitable. They made us dinner reservations, gave the best directions to local attractions and were so delightful we ended up feeling as though we had made new friends, not just had a fantastic weekend! The food... More

Having never been to a B & B, we did not know what to expect...it was SPLENDID! Wiley and Hank are so gracious...they have made their home a home away for home for others.

I just can't say enough great things about Piney Hill B&B! My husband and I have been to about 8 different B&Bs in the states surrounding the Metro-DC area (VA, MD, PA) and this one probably tops our list! The farmhouse theme throughout is so cozy and cute. Our breakfasts (an egg casserole with home-baked lemon poppy seed bread and... More

My husband and I set out for a quiet week in the Shenandoah Valley but there was so much to do in the area..... 5 days weren't enough! There is civil war history, nature, sightseeing, wineries, hiking, antiquing among other things to do. But the best part were the innkeepers, Hank and Wiley, who are very warm welcoming people who... My husband found this delightful retreat for me. Hank and Wiley were welcoming, considerate and attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Plus, the breakfasts were practically gourmet! I can't wait to visit with my husband so he can see firsthand what a good choice he made for my weekend getaway.

Our experience at Piney Hill B&B with our cousins who were celebratiing their anniversay was more then we ever expected...Not only is this a lovely farm house located in the most beautiful setting but the owners Hank and Wiley made it especially warm and inviting. The house is very comfortable and it felt like home! Looking forward to our return.
