Ideally located for Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Basic and clean with a no frills help yourself breakfast. The property could do with a refurbishment as the rooms are very dated. However with the exception of the carpet in our room everything else was clean and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room itself is just fine...comfy beds with fairly new bedding. Breakfast is also pretty decent (waffle maker, toast, cereal). The hot water in the shower has very little water pressure and when you turn the cold on, you get better water pressure but no more hot water. Internet is also very slow.

We found this hotel very well located for Sequoia & Kings Canyon Parks & spent several days there, hiking all day then enjoying the welcome pool in 106 degree heat. There's a walk to the river behind the hotel and the accommodation was very comfortable with great air-conditioning & everything we needed. Very reasonably priced for such an in-demand area.

We spent two nights at this hotel in July during our visit to sequoia national park. The hotel is very basic, but rooms are OK. I saw better places, but still was not too bad. They provide a very basic breakfast, like coffee muffins etc. Keep low expectations. Nice restaurant located nearby. Very slow wifi provided for free. If going... More

Location of the western Holiday is pretty close to Sequoia NP. Garden is very nice and well maintained. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and maybe in the rooms next door, but be aware that the lobby is not open all night and no access to the internet possible during that time. Too bad, when Wi-Fi is not available... More

More

This hotel is run down and their breakfast consists of some cereal and waffles. I had big issue with our bathroom. When we checked in at 11 pm I noticed that the toilet wasn't working properly. The next morning it got clogged and overflowed. Normally it is no big deal they send a person to fix it and we move... More

We stayed here during a weekend. It was not a pleasant experience. The motel is really old and very basic. That would be OK if the price was reasonable ($50-70), but we paid an exorbitant $140 (after taxes and fees). Besides, they wanted to charge $10 per night for a crib, while most places give you one for free. The... More

Visited here for a night. The views are beautiful and we were really looking forward to staying in such lovely spot. Sadly the place looks like it's not been cared for for some time, you get the impression that it was once lovely but now it's just tired. The rooms were a good size but the cleaning left something to... More

The family run Hotel was nice and the room we stayed in were comfortable, big and clean. Has a clean pool and was located just outside the Sequoia National Park. Three Rivers community has nice restaurants and got every thing we need for our trip. Will go back to Western Holiday Lodge next time I am in the area.:)
