We enjoyed our stay in "The hummingbird" very much. So quiet with sun deck and vieuw on the pool. In the evening, you can watch the stars from the deck. Staff was very friendly and helpfull! more

When I picked out this place it was based on the pictures which where great. Of course the location was great. The cabin sucked. Stayed one night in Alta room which has the basics and is clean and a nice deck to sit out on. It has everything in the kitchen if you want to cook (we did not). Coffee beans are a nice touch. We stayed three nights and were extremely impressed with the quality of the room. Although we couldn't profit of the pool we were satisfied by the Alta cabin we got. This lodge is conveniently located about 30 min. from the south entry of Sequoia NP, right after the very many turns to be driven when leaving the park. more
