Just spend one night there, and it was enough. The check-in personn was not super warm, the room smells, there were hairs on the shower wall... Plus every ground floor rooms (which is most of them) don't have a door, but a sliding windows in glass, so you can't have your curtains open or every one sees entirely in the... More

We (me, my wife and our 4 kids) stayed two nights. Very friendly staff. But the water was declared undrinkable by the local health department. We had the "bridal" suit. It was clean, but it smelled and looked more like the "dead grandma" suit. You can't get much closer to the Sequoia park except for staying inside the park.

We booked in advance and stayed here for 3 nights. We named the room the 'pocahontas suite' as there was a lot of brown suede and dried flowers around, but apart from that, it was clean, comfy and close to places to eat. It isn't far from the Sequoia Nat Pk entrance but it does take about an hour to... More

This was a decent place to stay while touring Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The rooms were smaller and the construction style reminded me of dormatories in college. But they were clean and the bed was comfortable. The accommodations were nothing special, but were a throughly adequate place to spend the nights. The price was reasonable too. The staff was very... When we arrived at the hotel we were happy to be greeted by such nice and helpful staff. The front desk staff helped us plan our entire trip into the park for the limited amount of time we had. The room was cozy and nicely decorated. We even had a wood burning fire place! I would definitely reccommend this hotel... More

My family and I recently took our yearly family vacation (including our dog Ginger!) and stayed three nights at Sierra Lodge. We were very pleased with our time there. Our room had a full kitchen and a fireplace! The room was very clean and spacious. The decor is very warm and cozy and we loved the fact that they allowed... More

I've already told Sierra Lodge's management that I'm not interested in false accusations, so I temper this review with an explanation that I can't prove that my immediate experience after I left the hotel was caused by my experience at the hotel. I have to say, however, that my concerns over what happened and the way it was handled led... More

My wife had the forethought to confirm our reservation at Three rivers before we left on our 4 hour drive. What a great move that turned out to be. Upon speaking with the hotel, we were suprised to discover that they were refusing our reservation because there was a Jazz Festival in town. The hotel offered to find us another... More

We make every effort to honor all reservations made at the property. Guest indicates they showed up, but we could not find their reservation and turned them away. If the hotel had rooms, we would have made a reservation for them, and checked them in. By providing confirmation numbers we give guests the assurance we will find their reservations. Guest... More

While visiting Sequoia National Park, my husband and I stayed at the Sierra Lodge for 3 nights. (We were visiting during the first week of May, and were very surprised to find that there was still a couple of feet of snow in some places of the park!) Anyway, I was looking for affordable lodging, and the Sierra Lodge had... More

we loved sequoia park and stayed at the sierra lodge. It is very nice and clean but nothing fancy. The location is good although if I went back I might try to stay in the park.
