Great price for a motel of it class. It's also VERY CLEAN. Entrance to park is about a 5 min drive. Great place to stay if you are planning on visiting Sequoia National park. There's restaraunts and a market nearby. No refrigerator or micro, but they do have a coffee maker. AC worked great. Recommend this place if you are:... More

I booked this motel at the last minutes before I went on a trip to Sequoia National Park. I had a higher expectation with $175 per night this motel charged. -The owner was very nice, very helpful. The beds were clean. I love the location. -Here are the negative things, most of things in the room are old and not... More

We rent a cabin for 2 nights. The cabin was clean, well furnished, old fashioned but practical with a full kitchen. Well located, close to Sequioa Park. We were well welcomed. But we paid the same price than 2 nights in Las Vegas in the middle of the Strip for a room of the size of this cabin. So the... More

I'm pleased to hear you did enjoy your stay at the Sequoia Motel and that the Cabin was comfortable for you. Though I must comment on your comparison of the cost of our Cabin to a centralized location in Las Vegas. Las Vegas is a year around destination whereas Three Rivers and the Sequoia / Kings Canyon National Parks are... More

This motel was definitely a great choice for us, we were 5 and the room was spacious and VERY clean!! It is well located, has a nice swimming pool which was great to jump in after our long walks in the park. Chris, the owner, is super nice, she was helpful and arranged our late arrival which really appreciated. She... More

We had booked the library room, which was very cute and fairyland like. The decor very cozy and colorful. The motel itself is very close to the Sequoia National Park so the location is strategic. We had checked-in quite late but Chris, the hotel manager was very helpful in guiding our way to the room. In short the stay was... More

Sequoia Motel was recommended by a local. At first glance, the room was adequate for what we needed but once I got to surveying the inside, I was very disappointed. There were ants all over the bathroom counter so I got rid of as many as I could. The bed was so-so. It's an old-style room with an older television... More

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Sequoia park as this was a good location not too far from the park entrance.. . We stayed in one of a row of cabins that faced the main road. The road was not busy so there wasn't a noise problem . The room was small and dark, with a small... More

Stayed one night. (Self-catering cottages also offered). Positives: Rural motel close to highway but no noise. Excellent location close to national park. Friendly welcome. Wi-fi available near the office and OK despite what others have said. Not so positive: Our room smallish, a bit tired and needed some minor attention (e.g. blind mechanism broken - easily fixed). Accommodation definitely expensive... More

This was a lovely little motel on the edge of the Sequoia National Park. The owner was very welcoming, and we were put in room 7 - you're in the middle there, opposite the pool - it also has some really fun forest wallpaper as a feature wall. We were actually the only people staying there the night we stayed,... More

My family enjoyed our stay here. The room was large enough to fit all of us (5) comfortably, it was clean and well decorated with an attention to detail that we all enjoyed. The pool was fabulous, Chris was welcoming, informative and gracious. We picked and ate wonderful oranges and tangerines from the property, had wifi from the room and... More
