Stayed one night. (Self-catering cottages also offered). Positives: Rural motel close to highway but no noise. Excellent location close to national park. Friendly welcome. Wi-fi available near the office and OK despite what others have said. Not so positive: Our room smallish, a bit tired and needed some minor attention (e.g. blind mechanism broken - easily fixed). Accommodation definitely expensive... More

This was a lovely little motel on the edge of the Sequoia National Park. The owner was very welcoming, and we were put in room 7 - you're in the middle there, opposite the pool - it also has some really fun forest wallpaper as a feature wall. We were actually the only people staying there the night we stayed,... More

My family enjoyed our stay here. The room was large enough to fit all of us (5) comfortably, it was clean and well decorated with an attention to detail that we all enjoyed. The pool was fabulous, Chris was welcoming, informative and gracious. We picked and ate wonderful oranges and tangerines from the property, had wifi from the room and... More

Finding this place was very much like finding an oasis in a desert. Previously we had been staying in bland chain motels during our trip and were also trying to leave the excesses of high end Vegas behind us. Perfect retreat. We arrived late at night with no prior booking and thought well, lets see for one night, but ended... More

Small, quaint motel near the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Chris, the owner was very informative and friendly. Nice outdoor seating area by the pool. Wi-fi was very limited depending on where you stayed at the motel. In my case, it was non-existent. But I wasn't there for the wi-fi, so not too concerned about that. Other than that, the... More

Small motel, mom & pop style, nothing to brag on here. Very small but nice and clean pool. Not at all run down. Very plain and simple. The price seemed quite high for what I got, but did not compare to other places. No complaints. Old tube type TV worked fine. Friendly clientele.

Quite an old motel but clean & comfortable, owner helpful but laundry not working when we wanted to use it. Handy for Sequoia & Kings Canyon parks. Small swimming pool with seating area. Three Rivers has limited eating choices, Pizza Factory OK and a pop up restaurant "El Buccoro (?)" strongly recommended.

Just wanted to say thank you for staying with us this summer and to apologize for not having a functioning laundry room for you to use, once we discovered what the problem was the electrician got right on it and it was soon up and running again. Also the the restaurant you mentioned (El Buccuro) in your review is called... More

This Motel is 4 miles from the south entrance to Sequoia National Park. It is quite charming, very clean and comfortable with a nice pool, chairs and tables around the grounds. The rates are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This made our 3 night stay pleasant and memorable. We had some car trouble and Chris, the... More

Thank you Patti and Mark for your kind review. It's good to hear that all went well with your car repair. I was happy to be of help you . I hope you found the side trip to Exeter enjoyable and the murals interesting. True, the Wifi we have to share with our guests is not available in the rooms,... More

We stayed one night before going to Sequoia. The owner was nice and welcomed us with a huge smile. She also gave us some advice for our visit of Sequoia. We had the very last room so Wifi was not working in the room (to far from the reception) but it did not bother us. The room was clean, nice... More
