Yay. There is a new Italian restaurant in the Conejo Valley. Thousand Oaks can now boast of Camboni 's in the Thousand Oaks Inn. My hubby and I had seen the new sign up for a couple of weeks. Let's go !! We were very surprised and happy we did. It's comfortable Nicely lit and has a pretty bar. Most... More

We stayed here on our trip along the Pacific Coast to San Diego - i decided to stay with best westerns along the whole trip and chose Thousand Oaks as we knew we were going to skirt around LA on our way to San Diego. I would say that the focus of the hotel was business travel and conferences. The... More

This hotel is old. Got to my room no tv remote. Called front desk and waited 30 minutes and still nothing. Toilet keeps running and running. Called front desk 3 times no answer at 4:00pm? So I walked to front desk and she said oh I haven't forgot you just the he doesn't come in to work till 4:00. So... More

PURPOSE FOR TRIP: My wife and I took a trip to the Los Angeles to attend college orientation sessions with our daughter. I lived in Westlake Village from 1985 to 1990 and knew the area was nice so we decided to stay there even though it meant a longer drive to our daughter's university. We were trying to stay within... I have no clue how this is a BW Plus! The bed was comfy and the linens smelled good, but that's where the positives ended. Checking in was a struggle because the front door looks like the back door to the restaurant next door. There's no sign that says Front Desk. Right away we felt super cramped. Our room had... More

We were in Thousand Oaks to attend a theater production, and picked this hotel because it was only a few minutes from the theater. The grounds and public spaces were surprisingly nice, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a suite, and I appreciated the extra sink outside of the bathroom. Jeff at the front desk was wonderful.... More

We've been staying at this hotel for many years. It has always been a great place to stay. Over the years they have made many nice improvements. The employees have always been friendly, and very helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping, service has always been first class. Over the years they have always provided a good breakfast. Fast, varied,... More

Front Desk manned by Jeff Rock was extremely helpful and friendly. Good amenities in room, fridge, microwabve coffee. Bathroom clean with large mirror and great shower/tub. King Bed comfortable. TV has showtime and available DVDs at front desk was a nice touch. Some freeway noise but AC helped lower the sound.

Quiet hotel, a bit dated. Staff quite good, and location for that area is excellent. Close to shopping, and the freeway. Each person receives $5 off the cost of breakfast, which takes care of most of it.
