This hotel got new management a few months ago and they are doing it right. Clean big room with new beds and everthing else in each room that you could want. The pool is big, beautiful and clean. This has to be the best value in Santa Fe and in a great location close to everything. Say hello to Don... more

The room was super-clean and comfortable. Ask for an interior-facing room, as the pool (big, clean!) is surrounded by all kinds of flowering shrubs and bushes. From the street, you can't tell that this place is so nice. The mom-and-pop proprietors are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than most "continental" breakfasts. We will definitely stay here... more

Thank you for your review. We highly appreciate your feedback! Our pool is the largest outdoor heated pool in Santa Fe, and we work hard to keep it clean. As much as we would like to make the outside of the hotel match the inside, we also want to keep the "Santa Fe" style adobe architecture. We also take pride...

We stayed for 2 nights, ( june 2008) at the Sante Fe Days Inn. Our 1st floor room was comfortable, the bed was better than average. The room was both clean and comfortable; the pool area was obviously not modern but the pool itself was not only clean but well heated - we live in Southwest Florida so we are... more

I tried to rent a room at this hotel on a weeknight when there was no one there. The first thing the front desk manager did was try to overcharge me. When I asked her why the rate had suddenly changed she said, " It goes up and down". I then asked if it would be less if I paid... more

This guest stayed one night and the following night was the beginning of the weekend. She did not have a payment method for the next night, so we were unable to rent her a room. We tried to help her as much as possible, however she would not leave the premises. Also, the front desk clerk made an exception to...

The hotel is filthy, the grass is not cut and full is full of weeds, and the management and staff are rude arrogant and dishonest. During our stay the wireless internet connection was not working and so I called the front desk and spoke with Meena Christie the general manager. She told me there is nothing wrong with the wireless... more

Hello, I am sorry your stay was so horrible, We were under the impression everything was fine all week, until you came in the last day. To make some kind of amends we gave you a credit for the inconvience of the internet being down on the last day of your stay. Thank you for the feedback and again very...

I would not recommend this establishment unless you are looking for rock bottom value for your dollar. The fact is that even though this hotel carries the Days Inn logo, it is a locally-owned operation that merely franchises the name. I don't know if this is the standard practice within the Days Inn chain, but it does not speak well... more

When I arrived I was very disappointed, the lobby was under construction, the shop/bar in the building was closed, they didn’t accept my credit card, and the overall look was not like the one on the internet. But I had booked several nights, so little by little I learned the hotel after all wasn’t that bad. The pool was very... more

We reviewed numerous hotels in the Sante Fe area and selected Days Inn for the pricing, availability, descriptions and pictures shown on the internet. When we arrived we could not have been more disappointed. The hotel was in the progress of some sort of redo. Not rebuild but it looked like the building and surrounding area was in a sad... more

OK. This is not the best Days Inn you've ever stayed at. Nor is it the absolute worst, but comparatively, it's more like a $29.88 motel than what you expect out of a normal Days Inn. The building is a hideous faded pink, and 1/2 the rooms face the parking lot. I stayed on the first floor in the corner.... more
