The most important thing for my partner was whether or not it had a pool and hot tub/spa. It did and both were nice. He used the pool (part indoors and part outdoors) and we both used the indoor spa. Rooms were very large and super clean. There was a mini-fridge and microwave. (We bought snacks from the gift shop... more

The hotel was not near downtown Santa Fe, but on the outskirts of town. It was a compact highrise hotel sandwiched between retail spaces. There were many chain retailers in the area and the mall was across the street. It was clean and comfortable, but it did not have a great pool area that I have seen in other Holiday... more

Stayed here for 1 night during a 2 month road trip as part of an around the world trip with my girlfriend. Loved New Mexico & liked Santa Fe although a bit too touristy for me, still beautiful though. Chose the Holiday Inn after going to look at a few other motels along the same road. This looked the best... more

My husband and I stayed here for one night after the Opera. We usually stay at more expensive hotels, but we decided to economize just for one night. Everything worked- the room lighting was good ( a problem we encounter at even expensive hotels), the bed was very comfortable, the room clean, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, nice towels, good... more

This Holiday Inn is a great choice. Although it is not downtown, it is not too far. Also, it is close to some good restaurants, Starbucks, and Whole Foods. We found it on an amazing offer on Hotwire, which made it one of the best values for any hotel in which I've ever stayed. The hotel has a grand-feeling lobby... more

After having read reviews of this hotel I was not too sure about staying here but many times only the disgruntled take the time to review a hotel. This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Santa Fe where downtown hotels are extremely expensive. You will be pleasantly surprised by the lovely lobby with a gorgeous fireplace, friendly and... more

Hotwire listing stated '2 queen beds'. Called to confirm room reservation and 2 queens, HI staff said "yes". Arrive to room...2 small (double) beds. Called the front desk - "oh, our hotel doesn't have rooms with 2 queen beds". Tiny room, tiny beds. $114 on Travelocity? I don't think so. more

Holiday Inn Santa Fe is located about 5 miles and 12 minutes from the Plaza. However, it is well located in terms of shopping (mall around the corner and many modern shops nearby) and chain restaurants. Area feels very safe with many other chain hotels on Cerillo Rd. Very nice, large, clean room. Well decorated, very well maintained. Front desk... more

Stayed as part of an Elderhostel tour 3 nights total, two different rooms. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nary a bedbug. Desk staff a little too laid back, others very friendly and helpful. Main road offers easy access to downtown but it is several miles. Eat dinner at the Blue Corn Cafe - around the corner - it is great. more
