The room was very nice and clean, the overall facility is nice and the staff was great. Felt very secure and comfortable. Easy to get to from I-25. Only negative is the sliding glass door to the balcony did not seal well, and when the wind would gust there was a whistling noise that woke us up a few times.

The hotel is neat and clean, the rooms are very very small, no counter space to speak of in the bathroom, The room I had is definitely not for larger people. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. The internet service is poor. No complementary breakfast was disappointing. Location to the city center is a bit far but not unacceptable.

Staff was courteous and helpful, room was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the experience so much that we will stay at the DoubleTree again for future trips to Santa Fe. This is what I expect from the DoubleTree family of residences and was not disappointed.

Other than having to drive to the square, this is the best place to stay in Santa Fe on a price/value basis. Having been recently remodeled, all the amenities are new and it's very well maintained. The hotel staff was excellent and always had a smile. The hotel and the room were very nice. It is located about 4.5 miles from downtown, so one would need transportation to go to the Santa Fe Plaza and galleries. If that is no problem I would recommend this hotel.
