Excellent service, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Great Staff, all were very helpful and friendly. We recommend Double Tree to anyone, this experience and past experiences with them are the best. Thank you staff for your kindness and for all your help.

the front desk was very unhelpful. i found it difficult to relate to them. when i was there the person was having a personal conversation with what appeared to be a family member. I also left something in my room and am in the process of retrieving it and no one has called me back. the front desk manager was... More

We've stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Santa Fe. We were fortunate not to have chosen a room on the "street side" of the hotel previously. The noise from the street goes well into the night and you may as well be sleeping on the sidewalk. Ask if you are on the street side and don't take the... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are currently working on reducing the noise level coming from the street. As for the parking I have contacted our engineering department to see what can be done to fix any issues our guests are experiencing. Again thank you for taking the time to let us know your experience... More

This location was not up to standards expected at a DoubleTree and we would not stay there again. Very nosiy. Breakfast poor and very over priced. Rooms were OK. Pizza in the bar was very good and bar tender very friendly & helpful

The hotel is on a very busy, noisy street which makes the balconies useless. The breakfast is buffet which they do not replenish. It might close early and really just not worth the cost. And the beds are doubles, not queens. It is close to lots of traditional shopping, has an indoor/outdoor pool which is small but fun for kids,... More

Everything was what you would expect from a hotel costing 50% more. Great food and service. Extremely pleasant staff. Comfortable room and spotless bathroom. Only thing negative was the very narrow parking places - full size trucks required most of two spaces.

The bartender is also the server and the room service delivery person. We waited 18 minutes to get a drink. He was too busy delivering room service. it is run like a mom and pop place trying to cut costs. Not a national chain. Hot tub was lukewarm and the pool was cold. Checked out after 6 days went to... This Hotel is nice in appearance, rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff was disinterested however & the breakfast buffet was all but ignored by the staff. Most of the buffet dishes were allowed to go empty & no one seemed interested in refilling or even checking on them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe. The hotel was clean and convenient, and the staff was very accommodating. The rate was extremely reasonable and the rooms were spacious and modern. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, though it was a little small. We just referred to it as "cozy". We had driven 10 hours to get there, so we really appreciated the comfortable beds. We loved having a small balcony to sit on in the evenings. Michael was so kind and helpful and called me by name each time I... More

Yes, Michael does have a great memory. Thank you for staying with us during your visit. I am glad you enjoyed our cozy rooms with a balcony. I as well enjoy the old pueblo style that Santa Fe has to offer. Thank you for your time and comments. More
