I agree with other reviews that the hotel is overpriced. We avoided using the amenties at the hotel (spa, restaurants). The service was quite good and the room was great. The location also was fantastic, with easy, walking access to the sights in Santa Fe. The internet service in the room was free and fast. more

The hotel is beautiful, but the staff is horrible. The one single tone that stood out throughout the entire stay is the constant overcharging for everything. Being told to "take it or leave it" about the rates and being lied to about the "upcharge" fees at check-in is just horrible. It really ruined the whole stay. The staff in the... more

They did AC work beginning at 6 a.m. ....no AC all day during the middle of summer! Front desk was rude at check in. Great location...walking distance to everything but NEVER AGAIN!!! more

We apologize for the disruption our scheduled HVAC maintenance caused during your recent visit. We realize there is no good time for this type of work, but we selected 6am - 10am, as we thought this would be the least inconvenient time for our guests to be without AC, given that Santa Fe mornings are in the 50-60 degree range....

We stayed at the Inn at Loretto on a weeklong road trip through the United States. Santa Fe was the key destination on our trip and wanted a nice hotel in a central location for sightseeing. This hotel was perfect. Its in a great location for visiting the beautiful sights of Santa Fe. It has great rooms, a nice pool... more

This was our third visit to Santa Fe. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The best value, no hidden costs or unreasonable fees, courteous staff, friendly, cheerful (felt like family) relaxing, great rooms, clean, well stocked, great pillows and plenty of hot water. Every person I spoke to was friendly, helpful and all appeared to be happy. Lounge staff,... more

Our room was great, but there were over 40.00 a day of hidden fees that we were not told about when booking(valet and and resort fee). Would stay somewhere else for that price. The front desk was rude and not very helpful. more

Hotel is steps from the plaza, cathedral and centrally located for shopping and excursions. Upon arrival we were greated by staff and checked in quickly (a definate plus when traveling with young children). The room was well kept and clean upon arrival and throughout our stay. Must not miss eating at Luminaria (restaurant within the hotel); food is fresh and... more

I was having trouble picking out a hotel so I went to one of those booking sites and had them choose for me. The valet parking is mandatory and over 10 dollars a day, which was annoying. They also tacked on a daily "resort fee" regardless of which amenities were used, which I don't quite get because they could have... more

My new husband and I chose Inn and Spa at Loretto as the place to stay for our wedding weekend in Santa Fe. We had visited several hotels in town, but there were several things we really liked about Loretto. We liked the room decor-- the warm, southwestern red colored walls and the stuffed animals on the beds. The "Living... more

We recently returned from Santa Fe and the Inn at Loretto. What a beautiful place it is! Our room was nice with a small balcony. We were on the west side, so we were unable to use it in the afternoons. Hotel is very well situated and SO convenient to the plaza. Our room was decorated very nice. The oxygen... more
