The hotel is beautiful, but the staff is horrible. The one single tone that stood out throughout the entire stay is the constant overcharging for everything. Our room was great, but there were over 40.00 a day of hidden fees that we were not told about when booking(valet and and resort fee). Would stay somewhere else for that price. The front desk was rude and not very helpful. more
