Charming place located in the heart of town. Nice feel to the whole place. Lobby and fireplace were very inviting from winter's chill.

I stayed here for a business trip Jan 26-Feb3, 2012. It's in a great location (just south of the Plaza and right next door to the Loretto Chapel). Also it has beautiful accommodations, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a Junior Suite (Rm 349) with a balcony. The view was so-so (of the employee parking lot and the Cathedral...

You wont find a nicer hotel or staff anywhere. I was amazed.

I was a walk-in recently at the Inn - unexpected arrival during the Christmas holidays. They had a room, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly and sweet. The room was pricey, and the cold draft coming in under the door to the patio required a couple of pillows to block it, but all in all, I...

We spent two nights in late January 2012. One evening we ate at the hotel restaurant (Luminaria) and were very pleased with our meal. I had duck breast, my wife had beef tenderloin. Usually I lower my expectations for hotel restaurants but the food at Luminaria was every bit as good as any high-end restaurant. Nice ambiance and good service...

Have stayed at "THE INN" at least six times, and are always excited to return. The Luminaria restaurant is wonderful, one would not ever have to leave the Inn if you chose not to.

The public areas of this hotel are very nice; relaxing lounge area with comfortable seats, interesting photos on wall etc. The pool and spa look great, but unfortunately I didn't get to try them. There is a medium sized fitness room rather oddly placed in the middle of some shops. The guest room was large with a faux chimney with...

We recently spent three nights at this property and would have exited after the first night if we had not pre-paid for our entire stay. The issue was an extremely loud and annoying furnace blower in our room. We were informed by their engineer that this issue was the same in all of their rooms and we would not benefit...

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am incredibly sorry for the HVAC noise you experienced while staying at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. I agree these mechanical sounds must have been disturbing and aggravating. Admittedly, some rooms have heating units that are louder than others. We are investing more than $300,000 dollars over the...
