We just finished a friend-weekend getaway at the Inn at Loretto and uniformly agreed that we chose the best option in Santa Fe. The location could not have been better; it was easy to walk to most of the things we wanted to see/do and it was a quiet, lovely part of the city. The property was quite pretty and... More

Santa Fe is full of delightful places to stay, but the Inn and Spa at Loretto stands out as one of the best: nice rooms, some with balconies; efficiently run; well-trained staff; and great location. The public rooms are disappointing, but in summer you can eat all your meals outside on an attractive patio.

Beautiful property and fabulous location but seemingly under-staffed. Rooms very basic and quite pricey. Fiji Water $5 for a small bottle! Bed and pillows comfortable but, we checked, polyester sheets and inefficient air conditioning - not conducive to sleep. No drawers so we just operated out of our suitcases. Bar shuts around 11 pm or earlier and they pretty much... More

Pure class. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had our wedding reception here 8/29/15. We also stayed at the hotel Thursday to Sunday and had THE best experience. Leah and Lesley in events were phenomenal to work with, the planning and execution of our reception was flawless. We really appreciated the special attention they gave to... More

The lobby level restaurant and bar are wonderful. Enjoy a meal on the beautiful patio or sit by a cozy fire. The hotel is welcoming and gracious-- at least on the ground floor. The magic starts to fade when waiting on the single tiny lobby elevator that also serves housekeeping and room service. Our room was nothing special but comfortable... More

This hotel is very special and nice, and except for a few important details I would have given a 5 star rating. The hotel itself and the room are wonderful. However the bathroom lacked a bathtub stopper (my wife plugged with plastic bags). Given the cost of the Deluxe room with a nice little patio and large accommodations, this disappointed... More

Not the best choice for a business meeting. Nice if you want a moderately luxurious vacation. Expensive cuisine, no convenient outlets to plug in your computer, etc. silly inadequate desk in the room, no food service before 7am. Save this place for your time off and take your team meeting to a Marriott.

Location, location, location. Well designed and aesthetically pleasing rooms are filled with Santa Fe charm. The outdoor restaurant is literally next door to the Loretto Chapel-- nearly within touching distance--and leisurely meals are punctuated by chiming bells at the quarter hour. Elegant old world charm. We will return.

Generally a good experience. Minor problems: air conditioning worked some days and not others. Coffee machine in room did not work at all. Swimming pool was very nice. Our room was quiet and maid service was very good.

We were thrilled when we checked in to the Inn and Spa at Loretto. The valet was quick and courteous and unloaded our bags with ease. The front desk staff were all smiles and seemed genuinely happy to greet us as their guests. It's a beautiful hotel, the rooms are roomy and full of amenities (although not a safe in... More
