Charming hotel. The room was a little small, but nicely decorated. We were on the first floor and had an outdoor courtyard. The restaurant was great for breakfast and the location was perfect. Next time, I would like to try the spa.The bar area does a nice Happy Hour.

This hotel is located in the perfect location for your Santa Fe visit. Everything is within walking distance of this hotel. This is a high quality property and the lobby and grounds reflect this. The front desk staff and the valet staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a "memory foam" bed... More

I have stayed in this hotel before but not for several years. In that time they have upgraded and remodeled their property. The rooms are cozy and the hotel is very conveniently located near the Plaza and many shops and restaurants. Most (all?) the rooms have outdoor patios which are very pleasant during the nice weather. The one weird thing... More

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is wonderful. The location is beautiful, perfectly located, contains great amenities and the staff is very helpful and polite. The property is very well maintained, clean, and the rooms are quiet. However, they do not have A&E as a television selection, in case you need to keep current with your shows (Walking Dead), and... I stayed at the Inn & Spa at Loretto about 18 years ago & was very happy with it at that time. The current trip to Santa Fe was a quasi business/personal trip. The hotel is a southwest elegant boutique hotel and has undergone a recent renovation. It's very well located..close to the Square with a lot of dining and... More

I I chose to go to New Mexico for a weekend vacation and stumbled upon Loretto inn and spa. I really liked that I could walk to restaurants shopping and historic attractions. On the first level of the hotel there's a little mini mall so even wondering around the hotel was an adventure. Every night I was there they had... More

Nice hotel. Above average. Most of the staff was very good, friendly, and down to earth. Had a couple missteps in customer service on the food service from the bar. Frustrating at the time, but not the end of the world and ultimately forgivable for me. Some may not have been so forgiving over the mis-step, but we all need... More

We stayed here a long time ago. We find it very convenient to all of downtown Santa Fe. It is very clean, service is excellent, rooms are good size, and the price can't be beat. Valet parking is available on site for a fee. There is a resort fee that includes internet, housekeeping gratuity, and use of the fitness room... More

Came with the kids on Spring Break. Classic Santa Fe style. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location in the heart of the downtown. We parked the car and didn't touch it for our entire 3 day stay. Would highly recommend.

Inn is lovely, bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Lounge is great place to meet friends after skiing (early March) with fireplace and guitarist Matthew Andrae who softly sings folk rock songs on Friday and Saturday after 8 pm. Delightful.
