I didn't pay enough attention to the reviews on Trip Advisor. The price was too compelling and so I booked it! The pictures on the website are very misleading. This is an old motel that has been ignored by it's owners. The best things about this property are that the list of amenities (ex. expanded cable, wireless, pool and excercise... More

Where do I begin? The clerks at the front desk were very unfriendly and couldn't care less about helping us. The room was not very clean, at all, with cigarette burns and other unidentifiable stains in the filthy carpet. I ended up getting tons of extra sheets and spreading them all over the floor, because I didn't want my kids... More

My husband and I stayed at the Quality Inn Santa Fe on a business trip, and the hotel was decent. The room was spacious but dated. It was comfortable, and the rate we paid for the room was fair. The hotel is located next to a major arterial, but we didn’t find it too difficult to get to the Georgia... More

We arrived about 10:00 pm and the desk clerk had clearly been in back sleeping. We had to go back out to our car twice, once at 11:00, when she put a sign on the door and LOCKED the doors! One visit after that we had to ring a doorbell and be allowed out and back in, but had to... More

We stayed there for 1 night only on September 2005, made the reservations through an internet site. Upon arrival, we found our that the site had made a mistake and booked us a room with just 1 bed, while we had especifically requested 2. Sharon, in the front desk, was very gracious and helpful, and went above and beyond to... More

I stayed one night over the Labor Day weekend. The hotel is on the main road into Santa Fe, an easy ride into town. I was fully satisfied with the hotel. My 2nd floor room was clean and quiet, and had a balcony. The pool area was attractive and clean. The restaraunt is diner style, adjacent to the hotel. My... More

On arriving at the Quality Inn (further out of Santa Fe than anticipated) we were dealt with fairly eficiently and given our room. We had asked for a quiet room and there did not seem many people in rooms on our corridor. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities it advertised. No problem with the shower and... After reading some of the previous reviews, my husband and I were a little apprehensive about staying at the Quality Inn. We stayed there during Indian Market - a very busy weekend in Santa Fe. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was very friendly. At check-in we were given a room on the back of the... More

I stay in hotels/motels some 150 days a year. I got into Santa Fe late and everyone was booking rooms fast. Most of the places I called were already sold out. I thought I was done for and then I called Quality Inn. I got a great big spacious room with a nice bed and balcony looking out at the... More

The last reviewer must be a relative or friend of the owner(or I must have been in another dimension). We stayed here for five nights because of low 60 and over rates. This was our first time in Santa Fe and most other hotels were very expensive. Overall our trip was a good one, but not due to this motel. The... More
