This was an interesting experiences, since the lobby looks pretty inviting and the people were super nice, but then we parked our vehicles and went in Entrance #2... The entrance felt as though it was a side entrance for the help, not guests. The paint was chipping on the door jambs and down the hall, but once again, there was... More

This was a nice sized room. To my surprise, we did have a mini kitchenette with a sink, and a couch in the room. However, the room was dated, the air conditioning did not cool the room even at full blast. Also, there weren't enough outlets to charge our devices. Another issue we had were the upstairs neighbors sounded like... More

Dirty, dirty, dirty room. I understand this hotel is outdated, understand needs renovation but our room was so dirty! Walls, carpet, bed skirt, doors... And this smell... Uuughhhh... Staff - ok, but never asked if we had a good stay like in other hotels. Breakfast - no complains. You would expect to see some flowers and plants around this time... More

At first our room looked large & wonderful. Rm 200. But long hair on the bathroom floor, mold under the sink in bathroom, faulty electric fan in the bathroom, ill fitting doors especially the room door and broken sliding glass screen door, homeless people milling around behind the razor wire topped chain-link fence at the back side of the property,... Not worth the money, old motel in dire need of upgrading. Room old dark colors, wiggly, front room door. TV didn't work properly. Fitness room a joke with a few very old and broken down items. Couldn't control room temp. Good breakfast and nice staff, but bad neighborhood and would not stay there again.

Large rooms with usual facilities but really nothing to recommend it other than being opposite a Denny's to provide sustenance. Smelly hallways and tired furniture so it's in dire need of updating. The next room contained at least one dog that was left alone for the evening and didn't stop barking. Front desk were very unhelpful.

Smelly hallways in terrible condition..need major upgrades. Not enough light in small bathroom....could not see to put on make up...not enough towels which were small and thin as were the sheets that kept coming off the mattress. Small fridge in room...but no microwave to heat anything. I would not stay there again...ps breakfast was good.

We were driving to Denver from Tucson AZ, and usually stay in Albuquerque NM, but arrived earlier than planned, so drove the 80 miles to Santa Fe,booked this hotel with Expedia..com on mobile, taking their description at face value. Well it was a dirty carpet in the hallways ,barking dogs in one guest room, the smell of cigarettes very poor... More
