I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 3 months and have enjoyed every stay. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is close to restaurants, stores, and the bus line. The attached cafe has a delicious menu with an amazing staff. more

this was a good hotel at very little cost. the room was gigantic w/ a fridge and microwave. the balcony overlooked the less-than-scenic Motel 6 next door. But it was a balcony!! Breakfast was served at the restaurant next-door. Was small but OK to start the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll go back next time I'm in SF more

We stayed four nights at this hotel and it was clean, quiet, comfortable and there was a restaurant that had excellent food in the same building. For the price, and the amount of days that we spent here, it was well worth it. more

I am a frequent traveler to Santa Fe. My stay at Quality Inn has been one of the best experiences ever. Excellent staff, great Plaza Cafe restaurant attached with free breakfast. Terrific pool. PET FRIENDLY and I mean friendly - this is important to me. I am extending my stay to almost two weeks and will return in the future.... more

We were very happy with our two day stay at the Quality Inn. With two dogs, we were treated very well, with an outside entrance. The hot breakfast was very good, with 4 full course choices. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The place was clean, and I noticed the lobby was vacuumed each morning. I'd stay again. more

When we got to our room the A/C would not cool...was told by the front desk that maintence said that all a/c units were set so they work more or less the way management likes it to be...when I pay for a room then I SET the standers of when the air will come on or go off..not management...the room... more

We stayed one night in the Quality Inn. No problems in making reservations. When I walked into lobby, I noticed floor had a lot of debris on it. Same in hallway near our room. After reading the reviews, we were a little concerned with our choice but we were pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, we were given a room where the fan didn't work and the temperature was stifling. The person at the front desk was extremely apologetic and accomodating. She gave us another room immediately without any trouble. The decor could use a little... more
