Nice hotel out of the hub of the city made a nice home base for our various adventures. Close to everything but out of the middle of the traffic. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were spacious and well laid out.

My daughter and i stayed at this hotel for a week. Santa Fe is a small city, and the Residence Inn is just 5 minutes from the Plaza at the center of town. Parking is free, and most people have a rental car. Downtown is congested, and it's so much nicer to feel you're coming "home" at the end of... More

The hotel itself was very well kept. It appeared brand-new. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and really went out of their way to accommodate us and our special needs child. By the time we departed, our son knew them all by name and when we left, he made sure to hug them... Check-in is supposed to be available from 3 pm on, but when we arrived at 4 pm we were told we'd have to wait 10 minutes for our room to be ready. Ten minutes later, we were told another 10 minutes. After more than 30 minutes, we finally were given a keep to the room. The room had a strong... More

I apologize that your stay was disappointing and that you had to wait for your suite. We strive to have suites ready for our guests when they arrive. During busy vacation weeks, like spring break, this becomes challenging as many guests depart later in the morning. I have shared your comments with the desk team and they also wanted to... More

We very much enjoyed our stay during a recent ski trip. The property is handy to I-25 and dining in Santa Fe. The room was dated but didnt seem to matter as everything has that dated/Southwest look in Santa Fe. Our room was a loft set up and the kids loved it. They had their own bathroom upstairs and we... Thank you for sharing how well the large Penthouse suite at Residence Inn Santa Fe worked during your family's ski trip. I agree that when travelling with kids, it is so nice to have two bathrooms and even two televisions! And for a little family togetherness, you can all spend time by the fireplace in your suite. I'm glad you... More

WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL More expensive than the local Fairfield and Courtyard, it's location and quality out perform. Dining area is much larger with more options. Outdoor hot tub was warm. Three grills and a sport court. Recommendations: - military rate is about $96 vs $71 at the Fairfield, worth the upgrade in room quality, location, and amenities - get... More

So, this isn't the Ritz. Decent, comfortable, quiet room. For Santa Fe ski fans, this is pretty good. Everything in our room was working and we were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly at check in, we didn't see them after that. If you need a reasonable place to stay for skiing in Santa Fe, I can recommend this place.

I stayed here 6 times from July through September for work at the nearby hospital. It is close enough to walk to the hospital, which was great for day time work for me. It's also a 1 mile walk from a nice rose garden and park and there is a walking path across St. Michael's around the office buildings there.... More

It's NEVER a good thing when you stay at any hotel and you run out of hot water. Especially in the winter time. My partner and I stayed here one night on the way up to Pagosa Springs from Albuquerque. It was winter, cold, and freezing outside, and there is nothing worse then taking a COLD shower in the winter.... More

My apologies for this dreadful stay, we clearly missed the mark for you and your partner. I agree, not having enough hot water is never a nice experience. We strive to keep all of the suites in complete working order, especially the water heaters. Unfortunately, sometimes equipment breaks. Even on Christmas, the staff should have quickly responded to you and... More

The rooms are large and well appointed, with fireplaces, balconies and full kitchens. The property is very close to the hospital and would be convenient if you needed to be there. It's over two miles from the plaza, however, and there is no shuttle service at night. You will really want to rent a car if you stay here. Also,... More
