My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. I checked the reviews before I selected this one and they seemed good overall. However, the rooms are in desparate need of updating and a good scrubbing! It smells musty and the towels are dingy. The bathroom was tiny with very old tile on the sink and around the tub. The... More

What I liked about the hotel was the location which was 3 blocks from the plaza. The room needed updating badly. Bathroom had tile, but the workmanship was poorly done. Dingy, small room with small chest. Only one reading lamp by the bedside instead of two. Don't know how they wrangle a 3 star rating. The breakfast they served (included... More

If you are looking for the opulence of the Savoy, this is not your place, however, if the idea of staying in an old Santa Fe Adobe village from say the 1860's appeals to you you will love this place! This site does not come close to giving me the space to express how much we adored our stay here... More

My friend and I found Las Palomas on the Internet, and we couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of our stay at this unique and quiet hotel. It is perfect for the Santa Fe experience with simple furnishings aptly placed within the adobe walls. The hotel spans several blocks of different properties, all within walking distance of the... The little casita we stayed in had a nice Santa Fe style. We loved the fireplace in our room and actually used it. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked in they provided us with... More

We chose this hotel for its convenience and location...just a short two block walk to the downtown plaza and many of the historical sites of Santa Fe. As you first drive up you might question the area of town...the area can look old and perhaps a little "seedy". But not to worry....we learned that it is difficult to determine what... More

I booked a reservation through Orbitz and I arrive at 2:30pm and they claimed they did not have a room for me since the room they reserved had plumbing issues and stated they had no other rooms available. After I called Orbitz customer service, which was not help, my friend called the Los Palomas directly and asked if they had... More

We loved this place. It was quite a surprise because I read some reviews that were questionable but we were very happy with Las Palomas. The check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced. It included maps of the city and directions to our room. The landscaping was beautiful, the room was a real surprise! Bedroom was comfortable, very large clean... More

We recently stayed at Las Palomas for a long weekend during opera season. This was a return visit and we found the property still as wonderful as we remembered. Las Palomas is unique and provides an ambiance and atmosphere that belies its proximity to The Plaza and all that that area of Santa Fe has to offer. Casitas are set... More

Based on this hotel's description of itself, and on TripAdvisor reviews, we were looking forward to our stay. We were very disappointed. The first room was very dingy, dirty and we could clearly hear the people next door. We looked at another room which was worse. We were finally shown a third, which was slightly better. With that said, the... More
