My friend and I just returned from a trip to NM. We booked Las Palomas in Santa Fe with no information, and discovered a wonderful place that I will always look forward to returning to! Charming clean room w/ kiva fireplace, wood supplied. Updated bathroom, comfortable beds. Wonderful staff ready to help, answer questions, solve the problems (Thanks to Tina... More

I made reservations for my wife and young son on the internet when they were on the road, trying to find a reasonably priced hotel near the Plaza. My wife wanted to be within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and museums. The Expedia gal assured me that Las Palomas was close (turned out to be a mile away (or... More

..........A wonderful hidden room with kiva fireplace. Nice and cozy. Not too well located compared to other options in Santa Fe if you intend to walk out of your door into the historical district. I loved my room, but was surprised that there was no form of wake-up calls or knock on the door. Very disappointing. I have never in... More

My wife and I have been traveling to santa Fe for the between Thanksgiving-Christmas break from work for a much needed rest and what else Christmas shopping without the rush. The first couple of times we stayed out closer to the Interstate where rates were a little more affordable but of course farther from where we wanted to shop and... More

accommodation was okay but internet advertising promised a higher standard; breakfast very good and very friendly staff; very bad internet connection in the casita we had; stone floor gave the feeling is cold; bathroom very modestly equipped

My 11 year old son and I stayed at Las Palomas for 3 nights in November. From our initial encounter with manager Al, we knew we had selected the right place! He provided us with great neighborhood lunch recommendations, a rundown on hikes and places to explore around town, maps to guide us, books that provided more detail and warm... More

I stayed here rather than the higher priced conference hotels. It's comprised of a group of neighboring small properties with a central reception area. The rooms are comfortable, with small gas stoves, easy internet connected, etc. The management offers a continental breakfast, but it's not - made to order omelettes and waffles along with fruit, cereal, toast, etc. And you... This hotel is located about a 5 minute walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe's downtown district and all the shopping, restaurants and activities you can do during your stay. The one-bedroom rooms are really small bright homes - perfect for sharing - including a large bedroom (king size bed) with TV and very new/updated furnishings, an... More

This is a marvelous place! Everyone was so friendly offering warm lemon cookies & made to order coffee any time of day or night. It felt like a friend's home. We loved our studio and the small gardens. Breakfast was wonderful! Fresh fruit & freshly baked muffins. Eggs & omelets & waffles to order delivered to your table. Las Palomas... More

Tucked away nicely from traffic and noise, Las Palomas is a great pick for your next visit to Santa Fe. The plaza is only a 5-minute walk away. We've stayed here several times, and each visit leaves us with pleasant memories. The casitas and super casitas are an especially good value. We usually ask for one with a wood-burning fireplace....
