I stayed at Los Palomas with a girlfriend of mine and we had a great time. The hotel is located close to the Square near lots of restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere. The staff was wonderful the breakfasts were delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in the Santa Fe area.

Great stay. Had a two bedroom and bath apartment that was very spacious and clean, with a full kitchen. It was far enough from the Plaza (so being quaint and quiet), however it was close enough to walk to the Plaza. Free parking, breakfast and wifi. The best parts of the breakfast were custom omlette station, waffle made to order... More

We had a wonderful stay with family in a 3 bdrm 2 bath condo. The arrangement allowed the 3 year old and 3 month old to go to bed at their normal time and the parents and grandparents to stay up and visit or babysit while the parents went out. Can easily walk to plaza. The breakfasts, musicians and artists... More

Thank you for pointing out some of these things to be fixed and we did indeed just give these rooms a “run through” this past week. We are already fixing a lot of those items and apologies for any inconvenience they caused. Nonetheless your overall positive review is gratefully received and we hope to see you again one day soon. but did not over-deliver. Minor hassles at check-in and check-out as understaffed front desk folks were dealing with out-dated technology (unable to find keys on check-in; unable to print receipt on check-out). Room was pleasantly unique but needs some TLC including a coat of paint and mold removal from bathroom ceiling. AC duct blew loudly and forcefully directly into our... More

This was our second visit to Santa Fe, and we fortunately stumbled on this charming B & B hotel just 5 minutes walk from the main plaza. The hotel has 60 self contained units and each one is unique! We stayed in a one bedroom casita which was clean, spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff are exceptional -... More

I just got back from spending 3 nights at Las Palomas. I travel frequently and like to have some of the comforts of home. This is the first time trying Las Palomas and it was very good. However, the first room I was in #21in the Pueblo section had the air conditioning unit right over the bed and after a... More

We were surprised and disappointed when we walked in our "Deluxe Suite" in the Duran building!! Pictures on the internet were attractive showing southwestern colors and motif, but our room was dull and drab. The only color in the suite was an orange pumpkin soap dish! There was one black and white picture on one wall, all the other walls... More

I am sorry to learn of your disappointment and certainly some of the points you raised are important and absolutely have to be/have been fixed - but as you inferred “you can’t please everyone all of the time” and we obviously “blew i”t as far as you are concerned! With apologies and wish you safe travels! More

We stayed here with our two dogs for 2 nights. We originally had a 1 bedroom with a fireplace reserved but the front desk upgraded us to a 1 bedroom casita with a kitchen and a living room. There was also a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The kitchen had a microwave and refrigerator and was stocked with plates,... More

I just spent 4 nights at Las Palomas. As a first time guest, I was extremely pleased with my suite in the Pueblo area of the hotel. I loved the southwest decor and it was extremely comfortable. The front desk people are just wonderful. I cannot remember their names, but a woman with short hair and a man with darker... More

I like this sister hotel to the Hotel Santa Fe. I have also stayed in the more expensive Haciendas of the Hotel Santa Fe. I think the hotel expertise has carried over to this smaller sister hotel. GREAT breakfast, linens and down comforter, soaps, attentive staff, and well maintained. At first I was put off by the small unimpressive lobby.... More
