We stayed at the hotel because many of the Bead Fest classes were held there, which made for convenience. Except for some temperature problems (too cold), the classrooms worked well. Because our class schedules did not allow much time to go out for meals, we ate several dinners at the hotel and were extremely pleased with the quality of the... More

I just returned from Bead Fest in Santa Fe and, although I've been to Santa Fe multiple times with my husband, going with my beading girl friends was a blast. Shuttle was very convenient and on time. The room was large but the hotel hallways were loud from early departers shutting the heavy doors and flushing toilets from adjoining rooms.... More

The location was convenient to The Plaza and easy to find. An east wind blew through the lobby when the hotel entry doors were open, and this compromised check-in comfort. The desk was short-staffed when we arrived. The outdoor hot tub and roaring outdoor fireplace were evening plusses. Our king room was spacious, well-appointed and theme-decorated. Self-park was $17/day and... More

Staff was super. Always cheerful and willing to help us get directions to where ever we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again when I visit Santa Fe, NM. Close to everything. Walked to almost all of the wonderful places to see and places to eat. Hotel employees helped us make... More

very nice location and easy to walk to restaurants, galleries and shopping. I was there for business and the convention center is close but also had a shuttle from the hotel which made it very convenient. I would recommend the Hilton as a very good and friendly hotel to stay in.

Delighted with this hotel. Booked a room with direct pool access and went out late at night for some hot tub time to look at the stars. The rooms are large and decorated in southwest style. The bathroom was nice and large with a lovely walk in shower. The hotel is right in the center of Santa Fe walking distance... More

Not what I expected from Hilton. Noisy hallways....shower, toilets in adjoining rooms loud. Poor phone and internet reception. Both local and long distance calls consistently dropped using my cell phone. Good restaurant and bar. Good location. Ample parking.

You have been warned! This Hilton only offers rooms with a king bed (nice for single of couple) and two double beds (not good for family of four) This was advertised so not the hotel's fault but it's unfortunate they don't offer some queens or a sofa sleeper.

This property has a very different feel than your typical Hilton. With its southwestern feel, it is not run of the mill. The decor through out reminds you being in the southwest even in the rooms. The rooms are very large. The bathroom is very modern (the only thing in the hotel that gives this feel) and is spa-like. The... More

We had a series of ups and downs here. When we entered the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza's beautiful lobby, we were the only people there besides the front desk clerk, who was on the phone with someone making a reservation. We waited through the lengthy phone call, without any acknowledgment from the clerk that we were there. When the... More

Dear “pagesixtyone”, I apologize for your less than stellar check-in experience and will certainly follow up with our front office team to ensure we provide our guests with a seamless experience. I am pleased to know that you enjoyed the hotel other than that and hope you will be back to jin us again soon! Warm regards, Tohnia More
