I was very excited about this trip to Santa Fe between Christmas and New Years. Having been to Santa Fe about a dozen times over the last decade, my family loves it. I looked carefully at where to stay since I was bringing my 20 year old daughter and wanted a nice comfortable suite so she could have her own... More

the Lobby, the Rooms, the Pinon Restaurant, the Décor, all remind me of growing up in Santa Fe. The smell of the fire place in the Lobby, the location in Downtown Santa Fe, the green chili corn chowder soup in the restaurant all take my back to my childhood in this wonderful town.

Staff @ this historic property needs a little refresher on service. A dead mouse was noted outside the entry and staff was informed. Took 2 days for it to be removed, after a reminder. Breakfast waitresses were very accommodating and lovely.

This hotel is exceptionally beautiful and located right in the historic district of Santa Fe. The rooms are so quiet that it's hard to believe one is in a hotel. Staff is super courteous and helpful. If you are looking for a Hilton brand hotel that looks and feels like a boutique hotel, this is the one.

There are many good reasons to stay at the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza such as comfortable rooms and beds, great shower, attentive staff, very clean, good breakfast and dinner, proximity to the square and many attractions, and Perry-the-front-desk-man who was very helpful in securing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day restaurant reservations. His advice was spot on and we were... More

Dear Char O, Thank you so much for the kind comments, especially acknowledging Perry at the front desk. I am pleased that you enjoyed our Executive Lounge, reserved exclusively for our Diamond Hhonors members as our appreciation of your loyalty to Hilton. From your critique of the bathroom I can ascertain that you stayed in one of a handful of... More

We stayed at this hotel during the week of Christmas. The location is perfect as it is close to the Historic Plaza. It is convenient with easy access to everything. Considering it is an older property, the amenities are great. In addition, the restaurant on-site is also to be highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast staff and housekeeping were also very friendly and helpful.... More

If you want walking distance to the square in historic downtown Santa Fe this Hilton is great. Walk past the art galleries and shops, dine at the local hole in the wall. All while based in a beautiful hotel with great staff.

I made the mistake of booking through a 3rd party reservation service. We checked into the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza Hotel on New Years Eve around 5:30pm, it took longer than usual for the hotel clerk to find our reservation. When we arrived in our double room there was only 1 duvet cover. There were tissues behind the trash... More
