Hilton Santa Fe is registered as a Historic Hotel of America. It was originally constructed in 1625 and Hilton has restored its beauty and elegance. The reception was very friendly and hospitable. The Lounge/Reception area was inviting. The king bed room was so very comfortable and included furniture and wall art that expanded on the Southwest feel.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The décor was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The cost was reasonable as we paid almost as much for less in other areas on our trip. It is within walking distance to restaurants and museums.

Nice, clean rooms, updated decor. I like the larger bathrooms. Small refrigerator in room, no microwave. Didn't eat in hotel, so can't comment. Outdoor pool much too cold, but hot tub was enjoyable. Location is 5 min walk to Convention Center, Georgia O'Keefe Museum, and the Historic Plaza. Multiple restaurant nearby. Nice dinner restaurant across the street (Dinner for Two).... More

This is a beautifully decorated property, well-located and ideal for a first-time visit to Sante Fe. There is a pleasant outside pool. The hotel restaurants are good for both breakfast and dinner, although there are many choices within a five minute walk. There is a Hertz car rental in the neighboring hotel, and the station for the Rail Runner train... More

Nice location, hacienda style hotel not up to snuff as far as other Hiltons. Seems a bit laid back and not fully aware/attentive of guests and needs. Staff were friendly but didn't always rush to help or apologize for problems. Wait staff for all breakfasts were excellent.

Beautifully decorated lobby and rooms. Truly reflects the Santa Fe experience. Perry Redondo, the front desk supervisor, is awesome! The ONLY thing I was disappointed with was the "Executive Lounge" - not worth it if you have to pay extra for it. I would recommend the Hilton Historic Santa Fe Plaza to everyone! Overall, I would rate this hotel a... More

We had to pay an additional $20 for a third individual (senior citizen) to stay in our room. The additional $17 per day for parking is excessive when you are paying over $150 per night. Don't stay here unless you have business in this hotel. Over-priced!

The hotel was easy to find and close to the action in Santa Fe. The front desk staff were very nice even with my near midnight arrival. And of course the room was clean, comfy, and most importantly quiet. I would definitely stay here again. For a Hilton owned property it had more character than the usual fare.

From the moment we arrived, Perry at the front desk was warm, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in one of the "casitas" and he talked up how much we would love it; it did not disappoint. It was our first visit to Santa Fe, and it was pleasant from beginning to end. We greatly appreciated the exceptional attentiveness of the... More

The staff at this Hilton and it's restaurant need some customer training. They were not rude, surely, or disrespectful. The staff was just there. They would help if asked and they provided accurate information. They were simply not what I would describe as career hospitality industry professionals. Our experience was that they did not care about doing anything warm, welcoming,... More
