Requested early check-in as our flight arrived at Santa Fe Airport (TINY!!!!) before noon. They easily accommodated our request and our last-minute change to two beds rather than a king (I was traveling with my mom - first time ever for the two of us to roadtrip together). The room was spacious, overlooking the pool area - the only problem... more

We had booked a 2 dbl bed room thru Hilton but requested a king if one came available. At check in we were told that one hadn"t but they were upgrading us to an oversize dbl poolside. Thats service. This is not your luxurious Hilton resort but it is old town Santa Fe after all. The rooms are average but the... more

My husband and I had a very nice stay at the Santa Fe Hilton. It’s about 3 blocks from the Historic Plaza, and so is very quiet and convenient. We both use iPhones with AT&T and noticed that we were unable to service while in our 1st floor room. Additionally, the bathroom was disproportionately small to the very large room.... more

Each year I attend the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta ( http://www.santafewineandchile.org/) with a group of friends. It is a great time and looking for a hotel that is close to the plaza and not too expensive is key. The Hilton is in the perfect location and the price was right. We all enjoyed our stay at the Hilton..... more

Newly remodeled, great location, nice property. As a diamond member, I see a lot of Hilton properties, it is not the best, but not near as bad as some on here have mentioned. If you are going to the plaza, this is perfect! more

This hotel is in a great location; a couple of blocks from the plaza. Friendly and courteous staff; however the front end manager was the least friendly staff member. We had breakfast on property a couple of mornings and were pleased with the food, but $15 each was a bit high for what it was. The rooms are comfortable, but... more

The primary reason to book this hotel is proximity to the square. This was our second unpleasant experience with this hotel. The Hilton reservations system (including brands other than Hilton) presents king rooms on requests but uses a sneaky tactic they call "preferences". We reserved and guaranteed (with cancellation penalty) a King room. We arrived for early check-in and were... more

We have stayed at the Hilton Santa Fe about four times now mainly because the location is just tough to beat if you can snag a good deal on a room. They have a great jacuzzi and swimming pool for the evenings/days when not much is planned. The staff is somewhat hit or miss... There are some very helpful friendly... more
