I wanted a hotel that was close to the Santa Fe Indian Market that didn't cost $350+ a night and a friend told me about the Santa Fe Sage Inn. When I pulled up, I noticed the McDonald's that my friend informed me about has been turned into a parking lot. This was a disappointment because instead of walking there... More

We stayed here Indian market weekend, and met friends from 30-40 years ago. I very satisfied with the price we paid compared to my friends. The room was adequate, but not spacious/luxurious.. The hot water was hot, the A/C cold. The staff provided extra pillows, ices bags, etc when asked, and were cheerful when doing so. At that time, there... More

This was our second stay at the Sage Inn. We come to Santa Fe every year for the Indian Market weekend. The rooms are a little small, but they are always spotless and comfortable. We love that we can walk to the plaza just a couple blocks away and don't have to deal with parking in the plaza (which can... More

We are rather frequent travelers to Santa Fe and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. The rooms are marginal, at best, and housekeeping refuses to keep them stocked with the basics (coffee, shampoo, etc). We arrived early and had to wait 4 hours to check in because 'our... More

We arrived in the evening without reservations looking for a room for 5. We were told that we could not get a roll away bed and would have to take 2 rooms. The front desk staff was polite and accommodating and we were given keys and instructions to our rooms on a large map which gave the impression that the... More

Though we booked 8 months in advance with a specific request for 2 adjacent or adjoining rooms due to a person's disability needs, one group was put into one building and one in another building. Staff was rude, unaccomodating and when adjacent rooms were FINALLY located, though they be doubles and not queen beds as booked, the hotel would not... More

Very nice location and property. About a ten minute walk to the central plaza. Motel rooms were well kept and were quiet due to the setback from the busy roads in the area. Staff were friendly and efficient.

This hotel was a terrible choice for many reasons, starting with the web site that does not truly represent what a refurbished room looks like in person. The room was small, with a small old fashioned bathroom, the sink was in the bedrrom area next to a clothes rack. First problem, the air condtioner doesn't have a thermostat to adjust... More

A very nice lobby didn't cover the fact that this was a typical motel – small rooms, thin walls. It sounded like a freight train was coming through every time the room upstairs turned on the shower, and we heard the usual foot traffic, doors, trucks, etc. But nothing ear plugs couldn't cure. The rooms aren't big enough for king... More

Stayed 2 nights at the Sage Inn in a Superior (or renovated) King room and found the room clean, bright, airy and very quiet. I was on the top floor at the back of the hotel and didn't hear a sound. I liked being able to walk to the Whole Foods next door, but there's no frig in the room,... More
