We had a king suite with a sofa bed in the living room. I liked that the two rooms were divided by a real door, so we had privacy. It was nothing fancy, but suited our needs. The little living room had a full sized sleeper sofa and a chair with ottoman, wet bar with small fridge, sink and coffee... more

Two weeks at the Best Western was pleasant. The place could use some updating but the price was right and the room clean and comfortable. King Suite was spacious and I had a great balcony to watch the traffic roll by. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. My bed was great. Pool was a nice bonus for the price. more

While we found the price reasonable and the staff friendly, we felt that the quality and cleanliness were much less than we expected. Under the pull out couch, we found trash from other guests as well as a dirty bathroom. In addition, the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, resulting in all of us being bleary eyed in the morning. With... more

We decided to stay at the Best Western since we were not planning to spend much time in our room and the price was very inexpensive (~$70/night). The rooms could use some updating and remodeling. It was decent, but old and the walls were stained or had peeling paper in places. The decor was a bit outdated. It had what... more

I traveled through NM and was surprised and how many places I did not find good customer service. However, I was pleasently surprised when I stayed at the Best Western in Santa Fe, NM what great service and accomodations I found. VERY nice place I would recommend to anyone I know. more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel the end of July 2008. We were very disappointed with our stay. The charge for two people was $115.28. (including taxes) for one evening. That is overpriced for this property. This hotel needs a make-over. It appears shabby. The sheets and bedspreads were old and quite well worn. Both our bedspreads had... more

Best Western gave us a free night at this hotel because we reported that our room in a previous stay was below standard (dirty, AC didn't work, worn out bed and linens, and so forth). For our free-of-charge night, we were given a two-room suite on the third floor. While the room was spacious, the same problems were apparent. The... more

I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about when reviewing this hotel. My husband and I stayed at the Santa Fe Best Western for our honeymoon and loved it! We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and we both feel that we got more than we paid for. Everything was very clean. The front desk staff was very nice. At one... more

The rooms were just OK. A little bit dirty,a little bit dingy, a little bit worn. Not bad for the price, but next time I'll spend a little more and get more. more
