Was only able to get a room for one night during our anniversary weekend, I really wish we could have had two. A very charming place. Staff were excellent and friendly. The inn itself is right in the center city area, about 2 blocks from the main plaza and within a block of shopping. Beautiful flowers hanging from the balconies.... More

Excellent little hotel, reasonably priced and well-located. Many other reviewers complained about the small bathrooms, but we didn't find them a problem at all. Not a lot of counter space but we compensated by using the ironing board, which worked fine. One caveat: Don't trust the directions provided by the hotel for the trip to/from Taos--they led us astray into... More

I was very impressed with our stay here. The staff was nice and the concierge was great in assisting in finding great places to eat. The bar had a great margarita and excellent green chili stew. The prices were not bad, either. Breakfast here was one of the best I have had at a hotel. We loved our room with... More

I've stayed at the Inn of the Governors now several times and always it's a real treat -- from the beautiful decor to the sherry tasting in the lobby in the late afternoons. The location is great and within walking distance of most of old Santa Fe. Free internet in the lobby helps to keep you in touch with friends... More

This is a nice well run hotel. The rooms are clean and the location is excellent because it is close to the Plaza and the downtown museum and shopping scene. Very helpful concierge and front desk staff. We asked for a room change because our bathroom was tiny. However, while we got a new room with more space, the bathroom... More

This hotel is everything a great hotel should be - close to the center of town, comfortable, quiet, beautifully furnished, romantic, plus it has a fantastic breakfast buffet included in the price. It included every little detail down to free firewood for the kiva fireplace in our mini-suite (which was a free upgrade). The rooms were comfy and had windows... More

Just a super place-great service, nice facility, great central location. A good place for your first time to Santa Fe-you will become very well-oriented. What stands out is the staff-very nice, friendly and helpful. I can hardly come up with any complaints and we can be a bit picky. So if it is within your budget and you have a... More

My mother and I spent 3 nights at Inn of the Governors and loved every minute of it. I had gotten a deal on the room, $159. a night, so the many amenities felt like a steal. The complimentary hot buffet breakfast was extraordinary, and eating it in the garden patio, made it even more special. The charming manager, serving... More

We just returned from 3 beautiful days in Santa Fe where we stayed here at the Inn of the Governors. First, let me say that before we go anywhere for the first time I always check Trip Advisor and have never been steered wrong by the reviews found here. We had never been to Santa Fe before and we booked... More
