Brought my mom as an early Christmas/late birthday gift and had a simply delightful time. Our room was on the smaller side and it was "cool" but the heat in our area worked very well. We were very comfortable and this is a great location -within walking distance to everything downtown. Staff was very very helpful - from recommending resturants... more

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was on the small side but was immaculate and comfortable. Location just steps from the plaza and we could walk to many restaurants. Free parking, FREE breakfast buffet, free tea and sherry happy hour and friendly and helpful staff with lots of suggestions for places to eat, things to do... more

Thank you for speaking so well of Inn of the Governors. Based on your comments about the wirelss internet and some others, we have began an investigation into improving the signal strength in the remainder of the hotel. Seems like a nice place until you're in your room. First--no heat as it was not turned on--central system using a water based system. Outside night temp was 38 degrees. The night Manager said the heat would be turned on next week--we're here TONIGHT! The room was COLD! The small space heater that they let us use was too small... more

This hotel more than lived up to my pretty high expectations. We had upgraded to a King deluxe room (still a bargain, IMO, at $179) and it was exactly as advertised--good sized, wood burning fireplace (with the fire re-laid daily), private balcony (albeit not much of a view), leather couch in front of the fireplace, free wireless, free parking, etc.... more

The hotel was a short walk to the plaza and not far from the railrunner station (the train which you can take to Albuquerque). The front office staff was helpful. I liked the afternoon tea and sherry service, friendly servers. There were 3 free computers in the lobby for guests' use. It was too cold to use the pool but... more

I wanted to stay here after reading all the great reviews and the hotel lived up to it all. We rode the train up from ABQ to Santa Fe Depot and after a short (10 min) walk, we were at the Inn, just in time for sherry and biscotti time. It was very nice. We got a room with a... more

This hotel is a great, reasonably-priced choice in the pricey Plaza area of Santa Fe. We booked the least-expensive room category (traditional room), but were upgraded to a deluxe room. The decor and ambiance is exactly what you'd expect for Santa Fe: quaint, cozy southwestern. It was too cold to try the attractive pool, but we did enjoy a good... more

We booked on Priceline and got a very low rate ($70/night), which was a steal. The lobby is very nice with a year round outdoor heated pool, restaurant, and bar. Our room was very nice with bathrobes and the beds were comfortable. We were very close to the shopping downtown and within walking distance of everything. I would highly recommend... more

We always try to stay here when we go to Santa Fe. It has lovely rooms, great bathrobes, good coffee, and is within easy walking distance to the Plaza. The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is very helpful and the flowers around the property are stunning. Love this hotel and will stay there again. more
