Very comfortable, very clean, very friendly, charming, warm and inviting. We thought we were in a Spanish villa. Comfortable beds. Staff very helpful in giving directions, or recommending restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. Parking too

Quaint old hotel, but well kept. We had a patio room in the old part of the hotel and it was vey nice. It was nice to sit out there in the evening in your private area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The Plaza is within walking distance which is great because parking... More

The hotel is located within blocks of the main plaza, which makes it very convenient to sites, shopping, and restaurants. We had a car and did not use it while we toured the local sites. The hotel rooms was spacious with a fireplace. Wood is provided. The breakfast is more than sufficient but not extraordinary. Every late afternoon they provide... More

Stayed one night as part of Route 66 road trip, they upgraded us to a nicer room with fire as it was our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Lovely room with balcony and open fire, huge comfy bed and $15 credit towards dinner although we didn't use it coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge. . Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the... Great location. Parking is a little "squeezy". The complimentary breakfast is excellent (though we were not offered water and/or juice on one morning) and the $15 credit per day in the bar/restaurant is a nice welcoming touch. We did not book a room with a Kiva fireplace but were given one which was also a bonus. The bed was very... More

Inn of the Governors bends over backwards to give their guests everything they need for a comfortable stay. To start with, The location is great. It's only a couple of blocks from the plaza. The breakfast buffet is a full breakfast with bacon and eggs, hot cereal, and lots more. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and... More

The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything! Lovely pool area, though no jacuzzi, restaurant was great, especially the AMAZING breakfast buffet! The room was very comfortable, and I thought it a nice touch that the staff took care of the advance preparation with the fireplace. The afternoon cognac was also fabulous!

This hotel is centrally located to the center of town. The breakfast which was included was one of the best breakfasts have had in hotels. Multiple hot entrees of egg dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, drinks, oatmeal, etc. I particularly loved their chilaquiles which they had one day. Pool was under renovation, thus can't comment.

The rooms are nice and the free breakfast is excellent. There is no pool, which was a disappointment. Also, we took advantage of the 50th anniversary special, booking 5 months in advance. Despite booking that far in advance, we ended up with a room facing Alameda Street. There is a relatively high wall between the room and Alameda. However, you... More

Stayed 4 nights this week and were very pleased with our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet with a fireplace and balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got the room special stay 3 nites get the 4th night free, what a deal. The included full breakfast is very good, and the $15 per day credit in the... More
