Excellent location to the historic plaza area of Santa Fe. Rooms were good and very clean. Bathrooms were small but functional. Atmosphere very Southwestern. Staff friendly. Breakfasts were included and very good. Parking included in room fee. Tea and Sherry at 4pm was a nice touch from staff. Would stay here again!

I can't rave enough about this hotel. We stayed five nights and everything was outstanding. Even though my wife and I arrived after midnight due to a cancelled flight, our deluxe King room with a fireplace and balcony was waiting for us, and after a grueling, stressful day, it was a welcome sight. Decorated in a homey New Mexican fashion,... More

We stayed here for five nights -- from 9/8-9/13 and thought it was a lovely property. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was more plentiful than it had to be. Sherry and cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch. Although I didn't actually use the pool, I'm betting that not too many hotels in downtown Santa Fe have... More

We stayed here for a 2-night stop on our Route 66 honeymoon, and had a fabulous time! The hotel upgraded us, which was lovely, and it really is a beautiful property. The decor is gorgeous; faithful to its surroundings. I could've sat heated pool all day, basking in the sunshine... And tea & sherry hour at 4pm provides a welcome... More

We were 8 Harley riders making a ride thru the Southwest and spending several days in different cities. This hotel was chosen for their central location and secure parking. We may have appeared to be bikers; but we are all current or former Fortune 500 executives and business owners. We have stayed at many fine hotels such as The Breakers... More

Cute Inn, it was nice and I could definitely go bach there Apparently each room has a little fire place that works, also being in August we obviously didn't use it but I would love to go back there in winter just for that!

My family and I could not of been happier staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located a few steps from the Square. I recommend you staying there a night or two. Tip: Check out the Palace of the Governor's museum. You'll learn the history about New Mexico.

I stayed here for 2 nights, and could have stayed longer. The lobby/reception is lovely, as are the flowers. The staff are efficient professional and warm. I really felt as though I was at an Inn. In a former life, I'm sure it was a basic motel. Today the rooms were tastefully appointed, the linens were very good and the... More

When one pulls into the driveway of the Inn of the Governors in Santa Fe, one's first impression is that this is just a glorified motel, and the lobby too looks simple enough. However, the very warm, friendly reception from the parking attendant to personnel at the front desk, and indeed from everyone on the staff, quickly dispels the notion... More

Dear noamahser, Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. What strikes me most is your mention of how welcomed you felt by the staff. Although your other comments are also wonderful to see, without a great staff we just aren't doing our job. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. In Health... More
