It's easy to love this hotel from the moment you walk into the lobby. The cozy low ceilings, leather couches and Southwestern decor make you feel like you're walking into someone's home. The rooms too feel like home, with a distinct Santa Fe twist: antique wood desks, hand-painted bathroom tiles, tin wastebaskets and lamps, exposed beams, and ours had twig... More

This hotel is in the heart of the city and is a great value. You walk into a charming lobby area with a warm fireplace. The staff is very accommodating. The adjoining bar is a cozy place to have a drink and meet the locals. We had a room with a fireplace that was one of the nicest rooms you... More

Stayed for two nights in comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was available on site and the location was good for walking to the museums, restaurants and high quality shops.

This is a really nice hotel. I stayed in a suite with a fireplace and a balcony. It's worth the extra money to stay in a suite. I was there the last weekend in January and it snowed about 5 inches the day I got there. It was so lovely to come back to the hotel and light a fire.... More

We picked this hotel because they had parking available, because they were situated in the very central part of Santa Fe, and because it seemed like a great deal. While all the above turned out to be correct, we also found a cool hotel with good, clean rooms, good service and a great bar. The breakfast was very good. Almost... More

This is a good quality, solid place to stay. Not far from the "Plaza", resting along the perimeter of tourism. The rooms are nicely appointed, our bed was a little too "springey", for my taste. Bathrooms are functional, however not opulent. Rooms are kept clean, as is the main lobby. Staff very helpful as well. The breakfast is very nice,... More

I love this little hotel. My mom and I stayed here during a cross country road trip and we were not disappointed at all. The breakfast was amazing - real eggs - and the sherry and tea time in the afternoon wasn't to be missed. You are right near downtown Santa Fe and everything is within walking distance from this... The Inn of the Governors is one of the older, but modernized, hotels in Santa Fe, a short walk from the Plaza, with an incredible staff. This was our first stay off season; they were as accommodating in the summer. The room was spotless with a kiva corner fireplace that was cleaned out and set by the maid each day.... More

Nice spot, lovely pool which was kept warm and toasty for the kids. Spacious room with a balcony. One of the nicest cooked breakfast we had during our two month road trip of the US, the restaurant does get busy in the evening so make sure you book with reception if you are in a larger group.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Santa Fe. The stay was excellent in all regards. Check in was a breeze and while tight we were able to get a parking spot across from the entrance. Charlene helped with our luggage and getting the room setup. She explained how to light the fire, got some extra... More
