We stayed at Inn On The Paseo having seen the pictures on the Internet. When we arrived we found our room nothing like the photographs. The room was tiny. There was no room to put suitcases and there was no chair in the room. There were many things wrong with the room like heater in bathroom being stuck on the... more

There is absolutely only one reason to stay at this hotel, and that is the location to the Plaza. It's a short walk and that was nice. But I really was not too pleased with the hotel or the room. This is a bed and breakfast - sort of. It has that feel, but the owner has very bad customer... more

We had this room for two nights for $116. a night during the week. It was a little small but it had a comfy queen bed, clean bathroom and was within walking distance of the plaza. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for eating spots. more

My cousin & I stayed here for 4 wonderful nights. We loved everything about it. Though some may consider the rooms smaller than other places they have stayed, they were very adequate and the charm more than made up for any lack in size. Our room was on the back side of the 2nd floor which opened on to a... more

We stayed here for one night on a visit to see family in Santa Fe. It was basic but overpriced. Most hotels in Santa Fe are either luxury chains, unique and expensive hotels, or affordable but soulless chain places . The Inn is a weird mix of the last two. It's very pretty on the outside and the indoor common... more

We too had a lower level room which seems to have generated the most complaints, but we didn't want to sit in our room and look out the window. However, we also don't like to run the A/C continuously so I think these limited view rooms could be uncomfortable with the summer heat. Also, the inn has various living rooms,... more

The worst place I have ever stayed. The room was dirty. It was in the basement with no natural light. And the mattress was horrible. It was hard on the edges and soft in the middle, so you would actually roll to the middle of the bed as you slept. more

My husband and I made our first visit to Santa Fe for a long weekend. I've traveled the world from Europe to China, but I don't know that I've enjoyed any hotel stay more. We loved our charming blue bedroom but also made use of the back deck to enjoy the stary nights as well as the front porch and... more

My husband and I were first-time visitors to Santa Fe. We were on a motorcycle, drove in pouring rain for over 2 hours upon arriving at the Inn on the Paseo. Joylene (innkeeper) warmly greeted us, gave us a tour of the Inn, told us about the afternoon snack and offered suggestions for dinner. She made us feel comfortable immediately.... more

My Husband surprised my for my Birthday, he upgraded to a Fireplace Deluxe Suite. It was not the room shown on the website. The Inn is run-down, so not what we expected. Breakfast was a chain type continental set-up. Had to peel our own boiled eggs!! The Innkeeper was not friendly, did not show us to our room, handed us... more
