El Paradero is a lovely place to stay in Santa Fe. It's close enough to walk to the plaza but located on a quiet, quaint street. Breakfast was good and the staff was happy to accommodate special requests/dietary restrictions. I loved the outdoor patio. We stayed in room 7 with a bath across the hall which was not a problem... We stayed for three nights in September and were generally quite pleased. We were in Room 9, which as other reviewers have noted, faces the parking lot. We did not find this or the fact that there is an entry from outside near the room door to be in any way a problem. The room turned out to be very... More

We have been staying at El Paradero when we visit Santa Fe for more than 20 years. We are experiencing the third owners since our first visit, and each has had a different style. They have all maintained the comfortable and highly convenient inn we experienced from the first. The owners are not always onsite, but when they are, they... More

We have visited Santa Fe many times and most of those visits included staying at El Paradero Inn. It is always warm and inviting and the décor is consistently charming in every way. It is truly an old, authentic place that has been lovingly restored. They serve a delicious breakfast and tea and sweet pastries every afternoon. There is always... More

We just got home from El Paradero and they are wonderful. We had 3 rooms and everything was lovely. They staff is very helpful and the breakfast is great. They serve tea and goodies in the afternoon and cookies for an evening snack! It is close to the Plaza and we could easily walk most anywhere from here. Will certainly... More

We have been staying at El Paradero for over a decade as we head for our annual pilgrimage to the Santa Fe Opera. Many other guests have also attended the opera so breakfast often includes a lively discussion of the previous night's performance. The room are comfortable, the breakfasts are great, and the location is ideal -- walking distance to... More

Enjoyed my stay at this B & B. Staff is friendly and very helpful. El Paredero is within walking distance to Santa Fe town square. Rooms are very nice and most have en suites. A few don't, but bathroom is across the hall and is not shared with anyone else. I would definitely return next time I am inSanta Fe.

We appreciate your great review! Just a note: we do have 2 rooms that are less expensive and have a private bath across the hall (you have your own key) these are rooms #7 and #8. However #8 also has a fireplace, which guests love in the winter! Hope to see you when you return. Paul and Sue: Owners More

Can't think of anything negative -- Sue and her crew simply leave no stone unturned...including flashlights on door handles incase of nighttime meanderings, thick binder of info, and a cookie jar for your midnight munchies. Beautiful breakfast (w/2 newspapers) and service, fab desserts at teatime. Lovely breakfast room and outdoor seating -- along with friendly conversation w/other guests.. Beautifully appointed... El Paradero is such a cozy and charming B&B in an old Santa Fe adobe. My room was very comfortable and the proprietor and staff were most welcoming and helpful. Arrived after the 6 pm office closing but keys and instructions were waiting for us in an exterior box. Breakfasts and afternoon tea on the quiet patio are scrumptious. Loved... More

We have visited Santa Fe annually for over 20 years and stayed at small/large hotels, BnBs, downtown and otherwise, older bldgs and newer, some inexpensive, some higher cost. This is now our favorite! All the previous positive comments were true...great staff, delicious food, cozy with nice ambiance and lovely furnishings. Other folks staying there were equally satisfied. Santa Fe has... More
