We stayed 3 nights in the Bronco room. It was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The location of the inn was very convenient. The price was very reasonable compared to the hotels inn the area. Our host, Nelly Joy was so fantastic! She went out of her way to prepare vegan breakfasts for us. We look forward to... More

My sister and I stayed at the Adobe Abode while in town recently and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect walking distance to everything in town, the room was clean and pretty, and Nelly Joy was an amazing host! Not only is she kind, helpful, and so welcoming..her breakfasts were out of this world. Very filling and so... More

We recently returned from spending a week in Santa Fe at the Adobe Abode, with our friends from Germany. We rented 2 of their unique and comfortable rooms and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place. We were served the most wonderful, delicious and beautifully presented breakfasts by the ever smiling, friendly and delightful owner. And, you can't beat the location,... More

My wife and I stayed there again (five times at least now) and it is reliable, very well located (walk to the Plaza, museums, etc.) and charming. Nelly Joy is so nice and helpful and that makes the stay even better. I would (and have) recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santa Fe besides... More

My husband and I joined several other wedding guests who stayed in this lovely B&B within walking distance of the Plaza, Farmer's Market and many restaurants and other attractions. We were completely delighted with the experience. As so many have mentioned, Nelly-Joy is the warm and friendly hostess as well as the cook of her tasty breakfasts. We felt welcome... More

I gave the B&B an average rating because of the location, free parking and the warmth of the hostess. It is very tired and in dire need of updating. The televisions are so out dated. The mattresses and linens are old. None of this can be hidden with quaint furnishings. While some enjoy the unusual breakfasts, I would have liked... More

My wife and I had stayed at the Adobe Abode about 10 years ago and enjoyed it very much. Upon our recent return we were very disappointed. There is no evidence that the current owners have spent a cent to update or even clean up an aging property. The decor is very tired, not clean and unwelcoming. Breakfast, it is... More

I stayed at the Adobe Abode in late July for three nights. I truly didn't want to leave. This is a most warm and welcoming inn - a welcome that only Nelly-Joy can give! This was my first time to Santa Fe, and while I had done my research, I had many questions on the sights and restaurants. Nelly-Joy couldn't... More

We stayed at Adobe Abode for a week in mid July, just as the chamber music festival was beginning. The Abode is just 4 blocks from the Plaza and near the O'Keefe museum. It consists of 3 guest rooms (one is actually a suite) in what was once the home of an officer at near-by Fort Marcy, plus 3 newer... More

We will, without a doubt, refer friends and family to this wonderful, quiet, special place from which to explore all of Santa Fe! The rooms, the food and the "living room" were only out done by our hostess, Nellie Joy.
