I stayed at the Adobe Abode in late July for three nights. I truly didn't want to leave. This is a most warm and welcoming inn - a welcome that only Nelly-Joy can give! This was my first time to Santa Fe, and while I had done my research, I had many questions on the sights and restaurants. Nelly-Joy couldn't... More

We stayed at Adobe Abode for a week in mid July, just as the chamber music festival was beginning. The Abode is just 4 blocks from the Plaza and near the O'Keefe museum. It consists of 3 guest rooms (one is actually a suite) in what was once the home of an officer at near-by Fort Marcy, plus 3 newer... More

We will, without a doubt, refer friends and family to this wonderful, quiet, special place from which to explore all of Santa Fe! The rooms, the food and the "living room" were only out done by our hostess, Nellie Joy.

You can not beat this spot due to its proximity to the Plaza. You may even walk to the Rail Road District from here. Restaurants...many within even a block , The Santa Fe Cooking School, Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, the convention center.... I could go on and on. Nellie your host is an amazing chef and kind person. Her accepting demeanor... More

We found this place by mistake and it was a wonderful experience. The B&B is beautiful - the rooms, the decor, the amenities.... Nelly-Joy is a gracious and generous hostess. The breakfast was superb. The location is wonderful - only about 2 blocks from the Santa Fe action but it was quiet. Most important for me - the wifi worked... More

This is an outstanding B&B with a wonderful and talented host. Delicious breakfasts and superb rooms. Had a girlfriend reunion here and had the best time. We all enjoyed our time here and hope to return. Nothing negative to say. Just superb !!

We stayed for one night at this wonderful Abode, and we could have stayed longer. This was our second B&B in Santa Fe, and by far a better experience. Nelly Joy, was warm, gracious and very kind and generous. She was helpful and knowledgeable in our requests about the city. The abode is warmly decorated in a home away from... More

At home in Santa Fe, even though it is right near the center of town it is quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed, one of my most important criteria. Breakfasts were well done with plenty of fruit! Nelly-Joy is truly a joy and one who really cares for her guests' comfort and satisfaction.

We stayed at the Adobe Abode for two nights. Our room "Cabin In The Woods" was decorated so beautifully. The breakfasts were wonderful and the host was so kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect from the moment I set foot in the front door and saw the beautiful room and the jar of homemade shortbread with sherry and apples in... More

Nelly-Joy Irakoze was an exceptional host during our 9-night stay at the Adobe Abode. It was our city's school system "spring break," and we'd never been to Santa Fe. It turned out to be a dream vacation. The B&B itself has tons of character and is decorated beautifully. The breakfasts were of "Iron Chef" quality -- delectable! The B&B is... More
