Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean and brand new furnishings. Great breakfast buffet and 'kick back' hour in afternoon with three free drinks. Very close to plaza. Nice valet service as well and great views from rooftop with pool. Good find for the price!

We had a four day retreat here and was nothing but pleased with the whole experience. The rooms are comfortable, it was nice having a fridge I could use and not have to buy something from it. The beds are great. Breakfast was complete and the kickback hour was more than generous. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Santa... More

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, the staff made us feel welcome. The entire staff were friendly and gracious. In particular, Jamie remembered us by name and was always first to greet us when he saw us. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. This hotel is new, clean, and fun. The happy hour... We were greeted by wonderful staff. Our room was brand new and spacious. Just steps from Canyon Road, the Cathedral, Plaza and world class shopping and dining. Free breakfast and light dinner. Popcorn was great. Hotel is beautiful and well designed (much of it is a renovated 1950's hospital). No complaints. Great trip!

Wonderful newly built hotel in a historical building in Santa Fe. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with nice baths. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the main plaza in Santa Fe and many other attractions which makes it a very convenient due to the difficulty parking in Santa Fe.

Stayed at the hotel one night and it was very expensive. They do not price match so we ended up paying $80 more than we would have if we would've booked through a third party. They have late night snack bar which was nice since we got there after 1am. The room was amazing! Everything brand new! No robes in... More

My friend got a great deal for first night in town for Indian market when they started making reservations for their August opening. Can't beat everything new. Wouldn't know the building used to be a hospital, or that it's as old as it is.

We stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites in Amarillo and were so pleased with the hotel, we asked one of the friendly front desk staff to reserve a room for the following night at their newly-opened Santa Fe Inn, and we're absolutely thrilled with the opportunity to enjoy this new Inn in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. We... More

I've enjoyed many trips to SF and have a list of my absolute fav hotels but most were full due to Indian Market and this trip was very spontaneous. The new Drury Plaza has clean large rooms. Sprawling (complimentary) breakfast area on the second floor. Attentive staff. Heavy sliding wood barn type doors are a decorative feature and thought it... More

Read of the hotel opening at the St. Francis Cathedral so decided to try and it truly exceeded expectations. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, and excellent service. Rooftop pool was a hit with the kids and an unbelievable place to enjoy the sunset. We'll be back as very interested to see once all renovations complete.
