Notice that there are more than one trip advisor files on this casino. I uploaded pictures to the other file, but they don't appear on this file. Also, the following review was never posted: Pojaque Cities of Gold Casino and Hotel is showing its age. The hotel looks run down from the outside but the rooms are nice. I think... More

The price is really good for the location. The rooms were well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the meals were acceptable. It is also only a few minutes down the freeway to the Buffalo Thunder Casino & Resort, which is higher priced, particularly on weekends and holidays. The TOWA golf course is located behind the Buffalo Thunder Casino and... More

One of my brothers picked this place to meet for a 'mini' family get together - just 3 families. The staff was friendly, but the stained carpeting in the hallways and the peeling wallpaper in our room was not a good first impression. The bathroom was clean (except for the dark mold stains above the shower tiles) and the bed... More

We asked for a hotel IN santa Fe so were misinformed that it was "only 2 or 3 miles" from I 25! 16 miles from downtown, where we planned to spend time. The room was clean, bed comfortable, but TV so old we had trouble with it. However, that was fixed. We were unable to get wi-fi, and the two... More

My hotel stay was pleasant. I like how it is separate from the casino, it's quiet and not crowded. I stayed 3 nights, the room was updated, very clean and always refreshed when I came back. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is actually situated about 20 minutes north of Santa Fe in a quiet community called Pojoaque. The rates... More

The front desk staff person was rude and uncaring. When she checked us in it felt like we were listening to a recording - something that she had said a thousand times before and cared absolutely nothing about. The worst part is that a few weeks later we found out that they had charged both our credit card and our... More

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and it is good, considering how inexpensive it is. It is detached from the casino, so the hotel and rooms do not smell like smoke. We have stayed here and also at much nicer and fancier Buffalo Thunder Resort down the road: two very different properties at two very different price ranges.... More

The hotel is old and dated. it is clean but needs an update. The front desk was nice and helpful. But when we ask for enough towels for the 4 adults we had in our room we were told that we could only get 2. still didn't have enough towels.

Want a drink, some cards or video poker in a laid back atmosphere? Then avoid the casino, because you won't find it here. Alcohol is only served in a cheezy nightclub where the security outnumbers the patrons. There aren't even chairs for the bar and the only friendly bartender was overshadowed by the staff who were agitated by something, as... More

The lady at the front check in desk was not friendly. We had no hot water in the morning and were told we were the only ones to complained. No one had a hot shower. When we spoke to the lady at the front desk. She was very uncaring and never apologized for the in convince. And said well you... More
