Very quiet location with lots of room in the suite and close to Canyon Road which is filled with galleries and some good restaurants. Susan was an excellent hostess who made amazing breakfasts every morning and was very helpful with trip planning.

This was our first visit to Dunshee's. We had been to Santa Fe several times before and were really tired of the usual down town scene. We decided too try a B&B for a change and we were so pleased and so happy we made that decision. We loved the location which was walking distance to Canyon Road. It felt... More

Great location to town with all its wonderful attractions and only twenty-five minutes away from the ski basin. The suite is actually like an apartment -- amazingly spacious with fresh flowers and art work and books and music -- a truly relaxing atmosphere. Even has a refrigerator and microwave. An exquisitely prepared breakfast greeted us in the mornings with fresh... More

We stayed in the Casita for six nights, and loved the location, tucked away on a tiny street, but just around the corner from Canyon Road. Susan was warm and hospitable, and gave us a great list of restaurant recommenations. She was never intrusive but always happy to answer questions as they arose. The Casita is spacious and comfortable. Staying... More

Excellent stay in a very private and homey casita. Great location. New Year's Eve by a cozy fire. Comfortable and clean! Will stay again only for longer! Lovely hostess Susan! We even had a Christmas tree - felt right at home.

We recently spent 4 days at Dunshee's and can recommend it highly. We stayed in the suite, which is a remarkably large space with bedroom, bathroom, living and dining great room, and direct access to a porch and gardens. Classic adobe fireplaces are present in the bedroom, living area and outside on the porch. Susan is a very welcoming host,... More

My companion & I have stayed at Dunshee's many times, and it has always been a great pleasure. Its location is within comfortable walking distance of the Plaza but is not too close-you fell like a Santa Fe resident! This past time I took a stroll up northern Canyon Road & felt like I was almost in the country. Susan's... More

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at Dunshee's. It was our first visit and we'll be back! Susan has a well-appointed casita with all of the touches of home. The breakfasts were delicious; homemade muffins along with fresh fruit, yogurt, healthy juices, breads, jams and hot beverages. There were homemade cookies too! The beds are very cozy and... More

I picked the location because it seemed to be near Canyon Road and we love galleries. And it is, but it is so much more. The home is beautifully furnished and located in a sumptuous old neighborhood which makes for a lovely stroll with Canyon Road only a couple of blocks away. In fact, we strolled to downtown without a... More

New Year's Eve 2001, was our first visit to Dunshee's. Alongside Susan's charmingly decorated Christmas tree, we welcomed in the New Year with a glass of wine in front of the kiva fireplace. Since then we have visited during Indian Market in August when Susan's gardens are full of color and breakfasts include homegrown vegetables and herbs. Most recently, we... More
