Having just returned from our third or fourth stay at Dunshee's, we are pleased to repeat our review from last June: Dunshee's, tucked away on a back lane near the upper end of Canyon Road, is a quintessential Santa Fe bed and breakfast. There's a quiet shaded patio and lovely garden that opens off the guest suite, roomy living quarters,... More

My wife and I had stayed in Santa Fe two years ago, but stayed closer to the square. Dunshee's suite was an excellent change of pace. We felt like we had rented a home for the weekend. Very spacious living room and also access to the garden area in the backyard. There are also kiva's in the dining room, bedroom,... More

We took our first "road trip" from Minnesota and had never been to New Mexico. Staying at Dunshee's in Santa Fe was a delightful experience! Very cozy, homey, and Susan was so helpful with information on where to go and what to see. Her breakfasts were delicious and a great way to start the day exploring the area. The location... More

Susan Dunshee's B&B is a beautiful vintage Santa Fe adobe within walking distance of the main "arts" road, Canyon Road and also close to the Plaza. I stayed in the one bedroom suite which was enormous and beautifully furnished in lovely antiques and art. There are two fireplaces, a comfortable tiled bathroom, a large bedroom with sitting area, large living... More

For our first trip to Santa Fe we wanted to be able to talk to a person that knew the area. Susan was great! Our day trip to Tent Rocks would not have happened without her recommendation. It was very special. The breakfasts were another treat (very different for each of the 5 days). Gourmet food that was also healthy.... More

We had a great stay, and the Owner, Susan, was really helpful and accommodating. We got lots of lovely 'extras' that we weren't expecting and that you don't get in most places. The breakfast was superb, and plenty of it! The casita is in a lovely location, right by Canyon Road and within walking distance of places to go for... More

Susan was a sweetheart and made sure we felt at home by giving us a warm welcome and stocking our fridge with fresh fruits, homemade goodies and refreshing drinks. The place was situated next to Canyon Dr, home to a street of fancy galleries. We walked into town and it takes about 25 min. It is an easy and nice... More

Very quiet location with lots of room in the suite and close to Canyon Road which is filled with galleries and some good restaurants. Susan was an excellent hostess who made amazing breakfasts every morning and was very helpful with trip planning.

This was our first visit to Dunshee's. We had been to Santa Fe several times before and were really tired of the usual down town scene. We decided too try a B&B for a change and we were so pleased and so happy we made that decision. We loved the location which was walking distance to Canyon Road. It felt... More

Great location to town with all its wonderful attractions and only twenty-five minutes away from the ski basin. The suite is actually like an apartment -- amazingly spacious with fresh flowers and art work and books and music -- a truly relaxing atmosphere. Even has a refrigerator and microwave. An exquisitely prepared breakfast greeted us in the mornings with fresh... More
