Big anniversary date so we chose Dunshee's based on their website. It was more than we could have hoped for. Usually, you get a bedroom and bath. This is the size of a large one bedroom apt (minus the kitchen). Very nice living room with fireplace looking onto the backyard. The bedroom also has a fireplace as does the outside... More

We have stayed several times at Dunshee's in both the casita and B&B room. The location of this B&B cannot be beat. It is within walking distance to the art galleries on Canyon Road and a farther walk into town (a little over a mile). The B&B is situated on a large parcel and is very quiet. There is ample... We've stayed at Dunshee's a couple of times and will return. The location is secluded but close to Canyon (short walk) and the Plaza. The house is complete with outdoor garden area as well. I love the residential neighborhood environment with trees and amazing southwestern light. The breakfasts are excellent. Susan is delightful and is a wealth of insights into... More

My wife and I stayed at Susan Dunchee's B & B 22 years ago. We had stayed there a few times in the years before and it was always just wonderful. Don't know why we haven't been back to Sante Fe in all these years but we went back for a long 3 day weekend last week and it was... More

My husband and I returned to Dunshee's after 22 years. Can't quite explain why the long absence but our stay in the casita was nothing short of spectacular. It was brisk and cold outside but twice a day my husband made a toasty fire in the kiva, turned on the music and relaxed as if it was our own home.... More

My friend and I have stayed at Dunshee's many times in the casita. It is always comfortable, welcoming and feels like we are coming home. Susan Dunshee has wonderful breakfast items that are always quite tasty. There was one time when we stayed in the suite and Susan made great breakfasts for us. Dunshee's location is fabulous, and the price... More

Returning to Dunshee's little casita was like coming home. On our 13th trip to Santa Fe and our 12th stay at Dunshee's Bed and Breakfast, we felt that comfortable feeling that we were just where we belonged. Susan Dunshee had stocked the little casita with all sorts of goodies. Delicious homemade granola and cookies, to milk ,lovely fruit bowl, milk,... More

I have had the pleasure of staying at Dunshee's B&B a couple of times. However, the latest stay was by far the most memorable. We decided it was the perfect setting for our private Weeding Ceremony. It was absolutely perfect. Private, peaceful, and the breakfasts were perfect for the Bride & Groom! We have booked for our 1st anniversary and... More

My second stay at Dunshee's was just as lovely as my first visit two years ago. Charming, comfortable rooms, lovely garden, great location and fantastic breakfasts! Susan is a gifted cook and caring hostess. Easy walk to Canyon Road. My favorite retreat - can't wait to return! Thank you, Susan.

There are so many pluses to my stay at Dunshee's B&B that my only hesitancy in enumerating all is that it will be harder to get a reservation the next time around! We stayed in the B&B that is part of the main house--it has a fabulous layout that works very well for multiple guests. The beds are extremely comfortable.... More
