My husband and I have been to Santa Fe many times. All the places we've stayed have been wonderful. The Luxx would not be on that list. The parking that you have to pay extra for is a joke. Very small and often full. If you need assistence with anything, good-luck finding an employee. We were having trouble with the water... More

Perfect location!! Miles away from everything, in the middle of town!! :-) Great vibe inside and out, the Buddha lounge is serene and the rooms exotic! A trip away the minute you walk in the door! And always a story and fine glass of wine to be had in the lounge! :-) Try it, you'll know immediately!

We booked our trip to Santa Fe using Expedia's hot deals, selecting a four star rating minimum. We were a little skeptical of this hotel when we saw the website, and certainly when we read some reviews here. But we went anyways keeping an open mind. Ugh. trust your instincts. This hotel is a glorified hostel/B&B. I'm all for contemporary... More

The Luxx is a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. Staff very helpful. Designer hotel has the latest technology. Great shower and towels. Beds beautiful and comfortable.

We stumbled on this little hotel by accident when we arrived in Santa Fe with no advance reservations and found it to be a great place to spend a couple of nights. We had no trouble checking in and found that the staff was very accommodating. It is in an excellent location near the plaza. We found it clean and... More

This property is missing its chance to be a great place to stay! The location is great and the concept/decor was probably a good idea when they opened. However, consistent maintenance and a LOT of customer service would make a big difference. Unfortunately they are NOT interested in either of those services. There is an overwhelming sense of disrepair and... More

Ths hotel was just as some of the others on this web site have said. The rooms are in disrepair (broken electrical covers with exposed wires, no handles on the closet doors, cracked and broken bathroom tile, paint on the carpet). The rooms are very dirty and the floor looks like it hadn;t been vaccumed in weeks. The walls are... More

This is a quirky alternative to the upscale B&B scene in downtown Santa Fe. It might strike you as a little bit odd at first, has a strange layout with the rooms sort of centered around a central lounge/checkin area. To me the whole place had a bit of a party vibe, especially the outdoor lounge area which felt like... More

I'm not sure how this hotel got in with Hotwire but they are not what they claim to be. The embassy suites charges $99 per night and you get a very clean well stocked true to the word SUITE with a beautiful lobby and a hot cooked to order breakfast. For $91 per night the Luxx offers NOTHING! Then they... More

We were expecting a comfortable near luxury hotel and instead were very dissappointed to be staying in a hotel that did not offer the services or standards ordinarily received in a 3-star hotel. The hotel lobby is staffed only from 10am- 8pm. Part of the time the lobby was staffed by the maintenance man unable to answer questions. The room... More
