Very nice place, comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet. Some of the front desk staff found it impossible to smile. While most of the staff was friendly, there were a couple of people that didn't seem to like their jobs. The pet policy is horrible....yes they take pets. Non-refundable "deposit:" (their word not mine) of $75. It's not a deposit, it's... More

When on the road and arriving late it is very nice to find a reasonably priced hotel with food and drink available. Rooms are huge and well appointed. Stayed at the Hyatt in El Paso the night before and just as nice. Made my decision to stop at their location in Santa Fe and easy one.

Great stay. I would stay again for sure the only complaint was that the furniture had coffee rings. Also the furnace was noisy enough to wake me up every 45 min. or so. The breakfast was great. The 24 hr. food bar was also a nice touch. Rooms were modern and layout was cool.

We needed a place for 1 night and our usual Hilton was booked. We looked up options, and found the Hyatt. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most and the hotel was filled with nice people and well behaved families. We look forward to another stay with Hyatt..

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will try to stay at a Hyatt when ever possible. The room was clean and smelled of fresh linen. The bathroom was very nicely cleaned, There were plenty of clean towels and they were not tiny either, they were just big enough to rap myself in.

After a 10 hour drive, we could not have been more pleased with this hotel. The service, the room, the mattress and pillows were all far above our expectations. We had never stayed at a Hyatt before, but they've won over 2 new customers!

Stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast in the mornings that was included in the price of our room. Conveniently located next to a tire shop and close to where we were visiting. If you're looking for a place closer to the plaza then you might not want to stay here.... More

The hotel itself was fine, but the incompetence of the front desk staff led to our stay being extremely disappointing. Several issues happened during our stay. 1) Our shower curtain was missing. We called the front desk and were told they could get us one tomorrow and did we want to switch to a room with a single queen bed... More
