Best ever hotel experience. Our butler Lubo was so great, and took excellent care of us. The Hacienda is the boutique arm of this hotel, with private entrance, butler service, great spa amenities in bathroom, fresh fruit basket on arrival, breakfast and wine cheese in evenings. Clean, quite, friend service, accommodating. Private car service available on demand. Come- you will... More

We wanted to visit Santa Fe for our 17th wedding anniversary. It was a first time trip to SF for both of us, having only stayed one night in a motel on I-25 on our way from Tucson to Denver in 1997. We've been pleased with some of the properties we've landed in using blind reservations on Priceline, so we... More

This is really two hotels in one--we stayed for 5 days in the Hacienda and it was marvelous. There are only three floors, and this section has it's own butler who will help you with all sorts of things. The staff throughout the property are friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Besides the butler service, there is a complimentary happy hour... More

A first trip to Santa Fe, and a difficult decision about where to stay among the many great hotels in Santa Fe. We eventually opted for the Hacienda at the Hotel Santa Fe because it was slightly outside the heart of the city and in an area with many galleries and restaurants. The location suited us very well – we... More

I am delighted to learn you enjoyed our Native American art and the butlers but recognize your concern regarding the coyote fence. Thereagain we don’t want any uninvited persons looking through your bedroom window! Allow us to give you a better view next time. chenoho mima téwe yo tha - We thank you for staying with us. More

I stayed here for just one night. My room was very comfortable, had a fruit basket waiting for me and thee Butler was very polite and helpful. There is a happy hour every night with cheese, wine and beer. I didn't take advantage of it, but sounds like a good idea. Overall, it was a great experience.

Beautiful hotel. We loved the location. Service was great. We did not eat in the hotel , wanted to explote the city. Our room was good. I cannot rememebr the details because we were there a year and a half ago but I remember the feeling of a great experience.

When we got to our room at The Hacienda (623) I was immediately leery of what the noise level would be during happy hour and more importantly breakfast, being that the room is right across from the private lounge. Lubo the butler said no one has said anything before. Other than that our room was supposed to be a king... More

I'm sorry to hear we were unable to respond more quickly to your room change request. It sounds like we need to do some touch up work on your first room as well. We pride ourselves on service so your Amaya experience is troubling and something I will personally look into. My apologies and I hope we will have another... More

We stayed 2 nights and would recommend the hotel, although there are some other great options in town. Staff were fantastic - very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathroom were rather small and not that stylish Gym was so so - same with the pool. Location, although slightly out of the core area was good.

This place was wonderful to stay at and the staff rocked. The location was perfect and their shuttles were the icing on the cake. I loved that the entry way had water, tea and coffee. The rooms were peaceful and the gym was small but got the job done. I'd defiantly return!

Revisiting after a year, the Hacienda at the Hotel Santa Fe is still a good place to stay. The staff at the Front desk especially Alyssa and Victoria are personable, professional and clear thinking. Always willing to solve any issue promptly and satisfactorily. I have watched Alyssa attend to difficult guests with enormous patience and goodwill. As usual every one... More
