So, There was no bellman, The fire place didn't work, and the poor butler had to cook breakfast, bus tables, and attend to the entire floor nearly by himself. The maid aimed the hand held shower head out into the bathroom every day simply because she must have been too lazy, or too over worked to bother shifting the lever... more

We stayed one night (a Monday night during the off season, so they weren't very busy). The hotel is located directly across the street from the Railrunner station, which was very nice for us (we ride the train from Albuquerque to Santa Fe a few times a year, and while the train station is near the plaza, it was nice... more

Spent a long girl's weekend in Santa Fe and absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms and lobby decor are warm and cozy - a roaring fire was constantly lit in both the lobby and in the Hacienda lounge where a wonderful breakfast, and afternoon snacks were served. The New York Times was delivered to our door each morning, and we frequently... more

Hotel Santa Fe has become a home away from home for us in Santa Fe. The decor, service, spa, and hospitality bring us back time and time again. The shuttle services is a great feature, second to none in the city. The Amaya is an excellent restaurant within the hotel. If you want to discus local native american culture, artists... more

We decided to give this hotel a try, despite very conflicting reviews. The Hacienda building is kind of interesting with nice artwork throughout, and the rooms and bathrooms are quite nice. Overall, however, the property needs help and appears to suffer from poor management standards. We did not realize that dogs are welcome -- apparently -- all over the hotel.... more

Just back from a great stay at the Hacienda at the Hotel Santa Fe. This is however the first hotel I have stayed at that is completely pet -friendly. Most hotels set aside certain pet friendly rooms and since I am allergic to dogs and have asthma, I used to ask when I checked in but stopped since the response... more

My mom and I recently stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe for a mother-daughter vacation. It was an odd experience! The hotel was grossly understaffed. The "butler" was a joke--he was also the shuttle driver and the bellman! Although there were three shuttles, only one was running at a time, which led to up to a 30 minute wait. The... more

I could not have been happier...we loved the staff, the free shuttle service, the complimentary yoga, the pool, the breakfast and afternoon snacks, which were included...the shuttle was available to take us and pick us up on a moment's notice...It was just a terrific place to stay...it was our first time in Santa Fe more

We stayed at the Hacienda for 2 nights, for our Anniversary which happens to also be New Year's Eve. The room was lovely, nice gas fireplace, great large bathroom, comfy bed and very clean. Excellent service and help from our butler, who arranged to have my husband's clothes pressed at the last minute on New Years Eve after they got... more
